Fort Madison Riverview Park Flood Crest 7 12 24

The river is now on it's wat down from major flood stage, here at Fort Madison. It was certainly not anywhere close to record levels. You'll note the areas on the park's east end show no affects, due to the raising of the area with a good deal of the silt dredged from the harbor. The new marina, and Turnwater Bar and Grill are great! Now, to get some other park amenities added for children and their parents to enjoy.
