It's been a LONG time coming and nice to finally see it. I visited a month ago just before the restaurant opened. Can't wait to go in and have a few beers on the river next time I'm home!

Couldn't message you sooner as i had both eyes infected & had a near fatal reaction to the first antibiotic eye drops! Also dealing with multiple Squamous Cell Cancers & not as strong as i was! But JESUS Got me thru 2 Different Breast Cancers so Keeping my Trust In HIM!!

Have a question, it appears there is only one way to enter this park which requires going over a railroad crossing. I have seen times when this crossing is blocked for up to 30 minutes. Is there a way for emergency vehicles to enter park when this occurs. Insurance companies mignt be interested.
I’m not sure what train rules are, but this has been a concern for some time. In extreme situations, there’s always helicopter or boat, although not timely or practical.
Been watching this construction from the beginning and wondered what it was going to be. A zoom in would have been nice.
But the Virtual Railfan camera operator seems really lazy.
Looks like more restaurant than marina. More paved area less big trees, no picnic tables. Less park more commercial.
The trees will grow, and the park will grow amenities as well. Thanks for watching !
There was a playground that was not replaced.
