I'm always torn between the days when cops were mostly 6ft plus angry men vs today when we literally waste more than half the policing budget on obese 4ft11 women that can't do any valuable policing whatsoever.
Ever since they started their "we're recruiting everyday people like you" campaign, they've recruited pretty much anyone that has applied. That is why we've ended up with police forces around the UK with low IQ Coppers. 🤷🏽♂️

Equity programs, a woke takeover of the police (it's not alone as an institution of course). I could legitimately write +1000 words all of which directly point to answers.
They've been struggling to recruit since the 1960s when the supply of former WW2 servicemen dried up. They had to cast their net wider to attract people but by doing that they lowered their entry standards massively. To mitigate this lack of physicality they added more kit, tasers, PAVA spray and so on.

Once again, this auditor is absolutely brilliant in interactions with the police. The tone and the way he delivers is brilliant.. I love watching this auditor and I recommend people to do the same.
They really have zero knowledge of any law they are supposed to be enforcing. All the sections they use will soon follow section 44 because they are misusing them.

As we can see these ladies would pass none of the Tests, so I gather there's no real requirement other than being able to tie Boot laces and doing up Buttons 😮🫣
Id always recommend getting the collar numbers first. Seen too many videos where they refuse to give them afterwards out of pettiness and spite because they're angry that they could not intimidate you and lost the exchange.
