Get some buddies to put on gloves and spar with, your job is to keep them at bay but not actually throw any significant strikes, their job is basically to beat the living day lights out of you. If you have no buddies, you're gonna have to do it yourself and I'm sure you'll figure it out, such as hanging bottles and swinging them so you have an object to avoid, throwing a hand ful of small stones in the air over and over. Either way, feel pain and learn to move avoid getting hit. Finally, learn to deal with stress, put yourself in uncomfortable positions that trigger adrenaline. Even something silly like going to a fastfood chain and asking if they sell tvs. Anything that makes you uncomfortable. Because when you fight, you'll be in flight or fight mode. I think if you want to be a human weapon, you should do like Baki Training, training for all physical and brain abilities + combat training, because if you know how to fight but you are not able to generate strength its not very effective, but if you can run fast, move fast, jump high, you are flexible, mobile, you are strong in all means (absolute strength, power, bodyweight, explosive strength, grip strength), you have strength endurance, power endurance etc.... + knowing how to fight would make you a real human weapon, but the thing its that its very difficult to train everything at once if you don't have the neccesary time to it, for example I can do it simply because my hobby is training so I can combine all those things, but for most people they can't so the best way to organize it its doing a periodization (choose 1-3 abilities and train it in that cycle, achieve the goals you have and change the abilities) + efficiency (trying to get maximum results with less effort and time spent) + combat training. But good vide straight into the point, also I recomend you putting the time charts of each part you are talking on the video, 0:41 - Becoming Strong etc... that would made easier to people go the points they want or know what points you are talking, btw have a nice bro
Thanks for all the feedback man. I 100% I think a lot of people don’t have enough time. So what you said, periodization is a great idea. I don’t really know how to add time stamps I’ll look it up though. God bless bro👊
Health over wealth bro. Health is always going to be important. You can lose fat yes, but you wont gain muscle. If you want to just do cardio instead of going to the gym, hit a heavy bag. You will lose fat and gain some muscle. And while hitting the heavy bag add in like a few sets of pushups squats and sit ups.
I wouldn’t say anything is wrong with it. It’s just gonna make you really fatigued for your combat sport. And on top of that it’s too much on your body depending on how much Muay Thai you do. I think you can still train Muay Thai and do ppl, I did it. But really if you want more out of your Muay Thai. Switch to full body or upper lower.
Good luck making it through training. The attrition rate is stupid high. You'd need a ridiculous amount of drive and even better physical capacity to make it through. I've met guys in the Navy that were dropped from aircrew school not voluntarily but because they physically couldn't handle training and either drowned or fainted. And the only one that really trains you to be a combatant is SEAL and BUD/S is way harder than aircrew. It's probably a better path to pick a different rate and do a collateral like VBSS.

Do bodybuilding , strength training and fighting. Mix it up be balanced
Can I still loose fat from doing Cardio? I really want to go to the gym but I 'm always busy with my business in school
Bro can i add one arm pushups. Is it good? Plzz replay😊
You can add what ever you want, if you can do a one arm push-up. That’s awesome!
Thankz homie❤
2:27 some small mma fighter 💀 thats conor mcgregor boy
I couldn’t find the video so I just added a random one 💀
@@AnethamMMAno that video is literally Connor mcgregor fighting a bodybuilder and strongman
@@BigkleatsdagoatConnor would lose is the guy tried. Size differential is insane ngl.
Just show up to training and don't stop showing up to training
Aye bro so jw whats wrong with push pull legs ? For training for a physical ( i do muay thai)
Want to become a human weapon ?
Join the navy and sign up for special ops training.
they'll teach you everything you want there.
goggins is that you
Good luck making it through training.
@@VegetaPrinceOfSaiyans Damn man, that seems real hardcore
Bro.. I'm 12
@@JUSTREGULARSCREAMINGAAHH then you have no business with wanting to become a weapon or anything like that, life isn't an anime little bro. Go play and have fun.
Best thing you can do is join some martial art or a fighting gym.
“Channels popping up everywhere” says a channel that popped up preaching self improvement.
Sounds like you hating my boy
2:26 bruh...all respect, but it is not just "some small mma fighter", thats Conor McGregor, he was ufc champion, and second guy(bjornsson hafthor) isnt bodybuilder, he is strongman, and also the winner of "World's strongest man" in 2018 xD
Couldn’t find the video so I just added that video 💀
@@AnethamMMA oh, okay, I was slightly surprised, I've been training martial arts for a while now, and I think most of the advice in this video is good tbh xD
“God created all men, but Samuel Colt made them equal.”
That’s fucking ice cold 🥶 idk if that’s your quote but thank you for it
Yes guns make people even. But if you get in a fist fight and shoot somebody you're going to prison. 'I feel my life was in danger' doesn't work like you think it does. There's situations required to be able to use deadly force like a gun.
My 4 yr old can shoot a gun 😂 most men are pansies w o it
Don't mix musashi with this mma bs
MMA bs?
Thor isn’t a bodybuilder and a strong man. And ur not gonna accidentally get to big but I get what u mean about stiffness and being slow
My literal only weakness is my height
U can do it bro i believe in you
God nerfed you for a reason bro, your height won't stop you. Go conquer the world

Ngl I turned this shit off after you said “you don’t want to get too big.”
You really don’t bro. The the biggest issue when it comes to this. People wanting to get insanely jacked. You can still get jacked, just don’t be like Ronnie Coleman size.
Getting jacked like Baki irl wouldn’t end well
Yo bro love ur shit fr but can u make the images on screen not last 2 seconds shit cooks ur attention span haha
Thanks bro, I got rid of transitions because of that. It’s literally just clips. I try to make them atleast 4-5 seconds. Some may be 3, but that’s because I’m trying to make a point.
