Also his like for powdered milk is giving me flashbacks to my grandma who would reconstitute powdered milk and then freeze it.
I mean, how dissimilar is the salted fish from bacalão? I've seen salt cod and potato balls on menus in Maryland, and people generally seem to enjoy it. I think the liver is the biggest issue, TBH, but that's still better than pidan.

This workout was very early on when Bruce Lee was first introduced to body building by a friend. By the time he made Enter the Dragon he was mostly doing circuit training. Really enjoyed this one. That intro was next level
That's true, I think his best shape was in the big boss, in Enter the Dragon was such a great ripped physique, but quite unhealthy and underweight due to over stress and drugs abuse I personally think it was "one" of the reasons of his early passing.

Nunchucks are one of those things that you either learn REALLY quickly or just never at all, especially if you start with real hard wood ones. I love playing with those things almost as much as I love watching first timers 😁
My elbows are messed up and I'm pretty sure it's bcuz of all the times I've smacked the with nunchucks. Sometimes I'll put my arm on the arm rest and my elbow will touch it wrong and I'll get nerve pain that shoots through my arm

On the topic of tender meats - I read/watched somewhere that Chinese restaurants (maybe not all of them, don't know how true it is) usually work with lower quality meat cuts to keep the prices down. Those are usually more chewy and so they soak the meats in water with baking soda mixed in for about 20-30min to an hour and the result is incredibly tender meat. Tried it, have been preparing meat that way ever since.
Will, vegetables are like the car that drives protein around you body efficiently and on time. A typical high protein diet can cause a "traffic jam" from time to time, eat alot more veggies for maximum gainz

I just have to say, I thought this video was amazing! One of my favorites so far. A lot of it was relatable (especially the nunchuck training lol). As a martial artist myself, Bruce Lee is one of my biggest role models. I even once did a biography on him for a school project. Sadly, I did not get to learn about his diet and exercise routine, so seeing this was amazing. Seeing the way your role models trained makes you feel like you finally got the whole story. I knew he had a very strict diet & workouts, but I was disappointed that I never got more details. Now that I’ve seen it, it’s no question as to why he was one of the best. And the time he was alive, there was more limited knowledge on nutrition, so seeing how much thought he put into everything was brilliant. It was probably one of his natural habits as a philosopher. I’ll also be trying a few of these exercise routines! They make a lot of sense. Again, thank you for this awesome video 👏👏👏
