Red Beard's Garage , could you send me a clean gas tank that you have setting around? got a tiller w/a 6.5 Predator ,rusted bad. My dad's tiller would like to keep it .
my dad past away some year's ago just can't let go of that tiller. love the channel and hope to build a mini chop soon.
As an old-school gearhead, I was born with a stick in my hand. Nothing makes me happier than stirring my own gears, and dancing the disconnect disco with my left foot! I have always preferred the amount of control you have over the vehicle, with a manual clutch and transmission. Sure- you can bump-start a machine, equipped with one, and induce drifts and such. I also REALLY like having full control of the engagement RPM- which may not always be the same RPM, based on driving conditions. Now, in an application like a go kart, I am absolutely SALIVATING at all of the above, PLUS the ability to make full use of engine braking! I have been dying for something like this to come along! Do I want it? Hell yes, I do! Thanks for bringing this to my attention, maybe with a bit of luck, one of these can make it onto one of my projects!

My granddaughter just turned 7 i bought her a mostermoto 80cc go kart last year and she does very well with it. She watches you all the time. i would love to have the clutch to teach her how to use it on her go kart before i buy her her first mini bike thank you red beard you are awesome says my granddaugher.

I finally got one of these a few months ago and just got to use it for the first time the other day. ITS FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!
I put it on a motorbicycle with a Tillotson 212 and it's like a motorcycle now. Will be even more like one when I add the 5 speed transmission.

@@MendezMotorizedBicycles never got to it sadly. Lining up gears with chains and sprockets was too hard. That and between the clutch locking up on me due to improper maintenance as well as a cracked exhaust port, that bike now sits derelict in my back yard. 5 speed I was going to use is a peerless 700 replica.

I most definitely need one of these clutches with a 15 T clutch sprocket and when I’m done building my Predator Hemi 212cc I’ll put it on my Mega moto 212cc max and do a stage 1 mod on my Coleman ct200U! Keep the mini bike videos coming!

i bought a 3d cluch a few months ago. i didnt tighten the sprocket enough and it destroyed the clutch. just some advice for whoever buys one. i think all clutches with 16 teeth or over come without the sprocket installed because they get those sprokets from a seperate company.

Awesome set-up man! This would be super killer if you used a Peerless shiftbox on there. You'd have all your gears, no messing with the sprockets and good acceleration. Cool video.

Just bought a 40 series TAV from GoPowerSports for my 11HP Honda on a Manco frame, so I dont have the funds to get one of these myself. I would love to have that manual chutch so I can put the old 6HP Subaru from the same go cart on this mini bike frame I have laying around. Id love to have one of those. I know the old version had its problems and the technical support was basicly non existent. Hopefully theyve sorted out the problems this time.
Since the clutch is normally engaged until the lever is pulled in the drive wheels are always engaged with the engine so when you pull start the engine the wheels turn. Now you need a gearbox so you can disengage the drive to the wheels during start up or an electric starter.

When you turn the radio in wheel is diferent the out wheel damage the tires .
the solutions is make angle in the akerman arm and the pivot the stering .

I have tried the torque converter and Love it never tried the 3D clutch and would love to but way outta my price range!!!! Love the Vids keep them coming and thumbs up!!!!
Me and my buddy are fixing to start a dirt drift cart circuit for rallies. This would be awesome.
This is a really cool clutch. I think it would be better to mount the lever like the hand brake in a car. You could build a notched cage to shelf the lever for when you are stopped or starting the engine.

Damn if only there were some way to have multiple gearing ratios all housed on some sort of box and you could engage them at will with a lever. lol

I built a go kart with a 250 ninja motor and it easily hit over 100 mph. Had to sell it before it killed me!!!
