    Got yourself a new sub, i did allot of lifting since i was 13. Lost weight but gained it back in covid quarantaine. Now i weigh 106 kilo's and picked up running. It feels so good to run atm my longest run is 7km. The pain i am used 2 as a heavy runner. Losing 0,2/0,5 kg a week now. Thanks for the motivation

    I’ve been hittin 3500-4000 per day on garmin. Tryin to stay around 2000 intake and get my bf from 19% to 15%. I’m fkn dyin m8. I end up snackin in my sleep because Im so hungry. Do you go through this🫠😰

      Hey mate you might not be eating food with enough volume and you also may have dropped your calories too quickly so you body isn’t used to it and is probably always hungry
