  • Oranges Carrot Wellness Drink
    This Orange Carrot Ginger Juice recipe is packed with loads of nutrients. Coconut water is added for additional minerals, electrolytes and amazing hydration, plus it’s easy to make without a fancy juicer.
    3 Oranges
    4 Medium size carrots
    1 Apple
    16 oz Coconut water
    8 oz Distilled water
    3 tbl sp lemon juice
    1 thumb ginger
    Chop fruits into chunks.
    Add water and fruits to a high-speed blender together with ginger.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add lemon juice after fruits are blended.
    Over a medium sized bowl, pour juice and strain using a fine mesh strainer. Use a spoon or spatula to help push the juice through the strainer.
    Discard pulp.
    Add coconut water and mix well.
    Serve over ice and enjoy!
