This ending was so sweet and heartwarming. Usually, I’m upset with endings, even if they’re happy. This one has completely satisfied me. The Neku story is finished and now... my new favourite Rindo!
The minute they recreated the shot from the first game where the heroes all warp back to the ground after the final attack, I was proud of my boy Rindo and I felt that that he was a worthy successor lol.
Fun fact!! Nomura revealed that Hazuki was meant to be the final boss, with Phoenix Cantus being his noise form, that's why he has two Phoenix birds on his jacket design. They scrapped that idea after adding Kubo's character to be the true antagonist (the irony of his character not existing in the original draft lol) It's a shame the game didn't establish a connection between them directly (but neither did they with Joshua and his link to dragons). I like to think the noise from the pin took the shape of a phoenix bird, of all birds, because Hazuki was the one who fixed the pin, its original creator having been removed from the timeline and plane.
I think it’s said in a secret report the reason the noise took the form of Phoenix Cantus was cuz of Haz wanting to give the Twisters a single target to take down easier
I went straight from Bayonetta 1 and 2 to this and all I could think during the fight is "This is just jubileus all over again, but with feathers instead of hair."
Susukichi was hard due to his strong atks, in about 4 hits your basically done. It reminded me of the first boss in the original. The final boss of this game was really tedious but a lot of fun to beat
19:20 What's causing your Groove to increase? Is there some equipment that gives passive Groove gain, or can you actually do Beat's rhythm thing during battle, or something? Or does it just increase on its own during that part and I didn't realize?
Why? Due to a weird button control at first? Or due to story? Well if it’s for the second reason, I could agree till last week, cause the other all of them seems to attack each other w/ an insane toxicity, n not have so much a relevant plot, the most importante till so was the reaper boss fight…. BUT after this, in the last week, a SERIE of plot twist n hype makes u feel in skin all the emotions passin through
Miyamimoto enters
Says random numbers
Refuses to explain further
Leaves.
He's still a chad for me.
He is actually saying "hello", if you type 07734 in a calculator and turn it upside down those numbers end up looking like letters
@@bradneko_14 so he just said hello and left

kubo is so powerful that he un-exorcised himself into the final draft of the story
at least we saw Kubo throughout the game, Hazuki just popped out of nowhere at the end

@@superizillian957 indeed a benefit for the character but very detrimental for the plot.
26:37 the dialogue perfectly syncing up with the music while perfectly syncing up with the phoenix cantus lasers 🤌🤌
5:25 this whole segment with the original cast was so fucking awesome. Look at our children, all grown up.
Seeing the old players makes me cry playing this had me heart warmed
The environment reminds me of an inverted Final Xemnas area from KH2, imagine seeing them fighting in the background as you're fighting this phoenix 😂
This was such a dope boss fight. The bosses in this game were really great in general.
Not so much on ultimate difficulty
Minamoto was my favorite
One shorted by neku btw
When I fight with the composer (i forgot he’s name) and win I was like “this was so anticlimactic” and then BOOM PHOENIX BOSS FIGHT
Love the breakbeat that plays while building up groove. Wish a version "World is yours" existed with that edited.

In that segmant of the fight you can endlessly use the dodge button to fill you groove gauge as much as possible.
If u time your dodge, it’ll fill the groove, similar to when u use beat dash off battle rhythmically of the music

She's so cute I love her design
Wow, Main story is only 11% completion? It seems that there is lots of side content
Not really. Mostly the same as the first game but the link tree has lots of upgrades to complete.
Only 11% is absurd, that's the amount of progress I had at the end of Week 1. This was probably a semi-rushed run.
