To get a 1/60 you just print 2 x 1/30 parts. They are split up so they fit on the typical 3d printer build plate. There are also three different options for straights: 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 All of the files can be found at the link in the description.
Great Video and I’m glad you like the shoulders I posted on Thingiverse. I wanted shoulders as well, but didn’t like how the Carrera shoulders took up do much space - essentially doubling the real estate needed for the track. So I designed those shoulders to be exactly half the width of Carrera shoulders. Thanks for highlighting them, and keep up the great videos. Feel free to reach out if you want to chat slot cars or 3D printing 👍🏼😁
Another great video bro!! Yes I invested a lot in the shoulders for my entire track. The red and white always annoyed me but had no other choices until now lol Do you think it’s possible in tweaking the settings to make the shoulders a little wider like the carrera ones? I don’t have a printer as of yet and have zero knowledge on how it works. Just curious.
You wouldn't need to tweak the file. This file is intentionally narrow for those of us that run 132 AND want to save space. I am sure you could find a file that is a straight duplicate of the original Carrera shoulders.
I just used cork tiles, spray painted them black and used the radius of the curve as the template. I'm with you way more things I'd spend my money on.
This idea was definitely on my radar, but I couldn't find reasonably priced cork tiles with the correct thickness.
is there a 3d shoulder for curve 1/60°... also shoulder for straight?

Your shoulders are perfect! I love that they are compact, and so straightforward to print and install! Thanks for providing them to the community!
Thank you for the story, good work on all the 3D printing :)
Thanks!
very cool video thanks for sharing buddy, printing adds a whole new array of possibilities
The possibilities are nearly endless!
