I know this is not true but there is so much out there on the cyber space , then one starts having second thoughts and hence needed some advise from an expert like you !! Thanks alot
I can conform I had no hair loss and creatine was safe . So basically if you are already experiencing hair loss then creatine will accelerate it .if yoi are all ok then thats fine

Explosive energy 2.Clearer thinking 3.Less Exhaustion while lifting heavy 4.Affordable Cons : If you're from a family where there is baldness in genetics, I suggest you take it for a month and give a break for one month and keep continuing. From my personal experience, I had hairfall whilst using it but then i gave 1-2 months gap and the hairfall stopped. It's a wonderful supplement and every athlete should try it :)

creatine is an non essential amino acid.... ur body already produces it as per requirement let ur body produce it eat more fish if u r a non veg...... take 3-5 grams for 2-3 month nd never take it for around the year again.... because if u will supplement more then ur body will start producing less.... this will create problems

Most of people will say take creatine atleast 1 hour or 30 min before workout . Even which i do .. but it doesn't matter when you take just take 5 gram once if you already load up . Then it don't really matter when you take it

My hair started thinning after a month. I stopped the creatine, hair came back thick. BTW, I tried 2 different brands months apart. Same results.
