I continue to watch your journey. I have a new 39FBB and am about to put Solar by Dry campers on it and then a month later IS from Morryde. All after watching you guys do what you do. I hope by doing this early we can prevent some of these frame issues (I hope Vanliegh corrected them) and enjoy out rig and not have to go thought your saga. Stay strong and keep doing the deed.
You are at the right place for a frame issue. If Lippert can’t make it right, then it’s time to bite the bullet and figure some way to unload it and get something better. After all, they build all the frames.
You guys are so patient. I hope this issue gets resolved properly and that will be an end to your major problems. I hesitate to replace our reliable 2017 travel trailer with a small 5er because of the low quality across the RV industry. It's seems to be such a gamble as to what you will get. The industry needs higher standards, better warranties and a lemon law. Thanks for the cargo net suggestion!

Hi folks been watching the fun you've had since the start. My Goodness but glad the industry is seeing this.. We have a 2020 Forest River Impression that has the same camber issue. Prime Time Industries the manufacturer wants us to return the unit from Northern British Columbia on our dime and was quoted $21,000 USD plus to have the sides replaced due to delaminating and breaking around the major slides and have the camber reset. Although we are still talking we are looking for help closer to us.
First of all, thanks for sticking it out with us! Wow that is a ton of money for transport! I sure hope you guys can find somewhere closer and avoid those costs! That is outrageous! Good luck to you, keep us updated on what happens! 👍🏼
My KZ lost amber that resulted in heavy cracks on both upper slides. It was picked up by KZ and they did a great job, frame re cambered and cracks repaired.
I hurt so bad for you guys having a special needs camper, especially a Beacon. We have not had the Beacon problems you’ve had with yours, but we don’t have the miles you have either. Your channel is so unique due to your camper problems, and it being a luxury camper like it is with the past unquestionable quality that VanLeigh use to have. I hope you take this the right way, but your pain has been to our enrichment. How’s that!???? You might say? Let me number a few: 1) My wife and I would have never gotten to know the four of you. 2) I love the way you and your husband respond to the ongoing tragedies of your Beacon; your responses are stellar. [It makes me curious about your faith]. 3) Your problems and those you’ve collaborated with come to the forefront for others innocently entering into similar problems, even outside of Tiffin products. That service for others is invaluable. 4) Both of you explain and illustrate the problems and solutions perfectly. Love the graphics. I do hope this journey of yours turns into a money maker for you rather than a money taker. Much more, but it’s time to go.

I am quick to point to Lippert frames as a source of many problems but just how many of these frame issues are the result of modifications made to the frame by incompetent RV manufacturers.

GOOD GRIEF!!!…I started watching you guys 7 months ago when be bought our new 21’ Viking trailer. I couldn’t believe what you were going through then and it’s still going on😜. I gave up after our first and last trip from Wisconsin to our house in Florida. The day we were to leave the refrigerator quit working and we found out a dozen mice had moved in through a hole in the bottom of the thing they didn’t seal up when it was built. When we got to Florida we found out the refrigerator was unable to be repaired. They sent a new one but all the repair shops were two months out so we had to replace it ourselves. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the old one out the door. When I checked with the service department they said “ya that is a problem, you have to take the whole door assembly apart”. After a day of screwing around we put the new frig in and sold the damn thing. You have way more capacity for this pathetic industry than I do!
Don't give up - when we stop through Idaho just stay away from our rig which will be easy to detect with the dark cloud following it through the treasure valley. All seriousness the lifestyle is amazing outside of our problematic unit. Thanks for continuing to hang out with us!
I cannot imagine having your patience. I have owned four motor homes and three fifth wheels and have had problems with all of them. Workmanship was always lacking but most issues were from third party suppliers and unfortunately most of those products are now from one major OEM. My last fifth wheel had serious brake problems, bent axels, broken spring shackles,leaking leveler cylinders and leaking slide-out hydraulic cylinders. I would like to start RVing again but now feel that most if not all manufacturers are forced to use the same low quality components. I wish you the very best in getting your home repaired so that you can enjoy your journey.

We have had multiple recommendations for Riverstone and have some friends that are really happy with their unit. We are in Elkhart and may have to do a tour.
Very cool that you're in our neck of the woods again but so sorry it's for the reason that it is. I honestly have no idea how you guys have maintained your sanity and been able to stay out on the road with all of these issues that you have had with your RV. With these frame issues will they finally swap out a new rig for you??? They really should. They're getting pretty horrible PR from all of the stuff you guys have dealt with.

Hey guys with all of your video documentation on your endless quality issues you should really consider contacting Ron Burdge with the Burdge Law firm. He comes highly recommended by the RV wingman Alan Warren. He is an RV lemon lawyer. They would review your case for free and advise whether or not you have a solid case which you guys definitely have. I would file suit for complete CASH refund then either get a Grand Design or a Brinkley!

I have met several folks with this same issue that had work done with results that vary. It seems Lippert is able to correct the issue by heating the frame and adding supports. We will be updating you about our process shortly. Thanks for hanging with us.
What a great demonstration of your slide being out of alignment. Awesome editing and production! That’s what I’m going to focus on from here on out with your channel is your excellent editing skills since I’ve given up on that trailer and Tiffin many miles ago. A company that I once held in high regard has changed my opinion of their products, including their Class-A models as products non-grata because of what you’ve gone through and the fact that they won’t do what’s right by you and give your money back. There’s no way I would trust investing my dollars with them now. Good luck with what you’re having to unfortunately deal with.👍🏼😎

I’ve watched you two and was critical about your unit. Trade it, lemon law. I bought a big class C brand new two years ago and paid cash money for it. Had I had to go a fraction of the shinnanigans you’ve had to deal with I literally would have smashed it with my pay loader and had it hauled to the junk yard. You’ve more patience than I could ever had. And I would have sent the picture to Gulfstream to show the end result of their “quality “ rv. Just get frustrated seeing what you deal with, so sorry.

I feel for you! This is not normal! You should look at the Riverstone line by Forest River. You will NEVER have a frame issue!
We have looked at Riverstones in the past and have friends that have had great success with their unit. We might have to take another look.
They should definitely call this a LEMON! Tiffin it’s time to step up and do what’s right! Give them their money back now.

The problem is every RV is on a Lippert frame!!! so Brinkley did a great job, except they built a great house on the shit foundation

Your continued saga makes me wonder how many other Tiffin owners are experiencing similar issues and not know it.

Unless they have some special "magic" in my opinion bend frame can't be fixed. The insurance should write it off.....
I have met several folks with this same issue that had work done with results that vary. It seems Lippert is able to correct the issue by heating the frame and adding supports. We will be updating you about our process shortly. Thanks for hanging with us.
What a great demonstration of your slide being out of alignment. Awesome editing and production! That’s what I’m going to focus on from here on out with your channel is your excellent editing skills since I’ve given up on that trailer and Tiffin many miles ago. A company that I once held in high regard has changed my opinion of their products, including their Class-A models as products non-grata because of what you’ve gone through and the fact that they won’t do what’s right by you and give your money back. There’s no way I would trust investing my dollars with them now. Good luck with what you’re having to unfortunately deal with.👍🏼😎

I’ve watched you two and was critical about your unit. Trade it, lemon law. I bought a big class C brand new two years ago and paid cash money for it. Had I had to go a fraction of the shinnanigans you’ve had to deal with I literally would have smashed it with my pay loader and had it hauled to the junk yard. You’ve more patience than I could ever had. And I would have sent the picture to Gulfstream to show the end result of their “quality “ rv. Just get frustrated seeing what you deal with, so sorry.
We are definitely weighing all options! Can’t say we haven’t thought about smashing, dropping off something really high etc 😬

These have got yo be the worst RV.OUT there.i see a lot of 5th wheel travel trailers with problems. Im sorry for all that your going through. I would be pulling my hair.out.
