Totally agree, since textures usually don't impact performance that much. I don't mind "unrealistic" shadows but I do mind when the game textures are a blocky mess.

The very reason I pre-ordered an ayaneo Kun with 32gb ram and didn't get the Steam Deck, Ally or Go. Hopefully the mainstream handheld manufacturers will make 32gb standard as it seems like there are more AAA games being released that have heavier memory requirements.

In newer games if you play below 1080 which is recommended 6 gigs is perfect in most games but some games won’t cache shaders under 8gb vram like Hogwarts legacy which is a huge bummer

I believe HWL won't cache shaders with this device due to the amount of physical memory left, after the GPU takes a chunk :( the game hugely benefits even at low settings from having 32GB physical RAM unfortunately never mind whether the GPU in the Go is up to the task or not.

I've owned a legion since the second month it came out and it plays pretty much everything flawlessly but yea, I agree 32gb of ram and a 2 to 4 tb ssid would make this thing beast. That stuff consumes so much memory its function of closing down other apps to free up memory is pointless.
What I'd recommend is running a modded debloated Windows ISO with many windows processes stripped out, it frees up 1.5-2gb of memory typically, and if you're only using it for gaming it won't really cause any issues.

При 16 гб ram и 4гб выдпленной в биосе видеопамяти. Будет общей видеопамяти в
      16-4 = 12гб

At least you're happy to show games at 720p. Too many folks get carried away with visuals and max settings and expect these machines to hit 60 plus FPS..
You're in a dream world. If dropping to 720 medium means 60fps then so be it. This is not a 4090 pc. It's a 30-50 watt handheld... You will never get 1600p and 60fps even at medium unless it's a 2D or simple indie game.
Be realistic and keep expectations in check.
