INGREDIENTS:
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Let it boil
Low the flame
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Keep stirring
Water absorbed
Cool for 2 mins
Oil 1 tbsp
Knead for 5 mins
Fry for 2-3 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Aqui no Brasil fazemos pequenas bolinhas e colocamos um pequeno pedaço de queijo dentro e fechamos aí passamos as bolinhas no ovo mexido e depois na farinha de rosca e aí fritamos em bastante óleo quente até dourar.
