Legacies are not back. You will never get your sniper flamer back or insane damage gatling plasma.

@@DadPlaysStuff It was fun while it lasted tho. I still got my hopes up for some badass pistol builds whenever playable Ghouls releases.
Fine with legacies if we can basically craft the godrolls we want anyway. And as long as other legendary effects are buffed, or new perks help boost build types other than Bloodied, then we're all good.
They are legacies, but not a strong as they once were so it's a good middle ground.
They pissed a lot of us off when they took our boom boom plasma/lazer pew pews
They needed to go or nerf them they ruined so many events for new and old players.
It helps that Fallout is now owned by Microsoft and Xbox head Phil Spencer plays Fallout 76. Hopefully we'll see less bugginess going forward. How to fix all the old bugs will be challenging though.

I still have some doubts about a lot of things that are possible on PTS being allowed on the live server. But we'll see what goes live. I still think there's a lot of room for things to shift, and while I'm not letting myself get overly excited, any format of what's coming will be a net good.

The OG legacy weapon's were a plague. They ruined events and world bosses for anyone who didn't own a legacy weapon. I really hope that the developers balance them this time around. I've got a feeling this this is going to lead to a massive nerf after the the system goes live. I hope that I'm wrong.
In using them, they dont feel anywhere near as busted... mabye not balanced perfectly? but no worse than the fixer or the Railway are atm
@@DadPlaysStuff As long as there are weapons that are at parity for non-commando builds, like the Nuka Launcher/Cremator for heavies, or Cold Shoulder. I wouldn't mind a new shotgun that's at parity with Cold Shoulder.
Just like the Nuka launcher, fat man, and the Queen lives 30 seconds longer, sooo glad they got rid of legacys😅😅😅😅😅
All i know is I got my legacy from farming white springs which was a plasma rifle 2 star and they went into my personal stash to change it, but now they are bringing it back. Better to leave them out.

@@DadPlaysStuff the problem wasn't the legacy, it was the crafted mini nuke throwing galling and many other broken duplicated weapons. It was ridiculous and never should have been in the game. They messed up and should have fixed it but instead they let it go and the duplication mill took it to a new level.
@plasmaticmedia518 that's not true at all yeah the bs injected weapons were an issue but assholes instantly blasting enemies with explosive energy weps ruined alot of events consistently by instantly annihilating enemies stopping people from getting loot and exp. The games changed to adapt for that now but don't pretend legacies weren't a blight on the game due to there ridiculous damage.
@@DadPlaysStuff absolutely and I was there was the point. I picked up a level 35 gauss that would one shot whole groups. It was a bug that ruined the game for many, but why bring it back is point. After taking the time to nerf explosive, and then just inventory diving it's all so meh.
That's the point these are not the legacies we knew it's that simple.

So let me get this straight. We grinded for legacy weapons, only to have them taken away. Now they're giving them back....for how long? I'm so bloody tired of grinding for shit in this game only to have Bethesda to come along and nerf them. I've spent a shit ton of money and time on this game only to have them yack my my shit out from under my feet and leave me with crap!
Legacy weapons were taken away because people were abusing thier use and ruining the experience for others, ontop of that they needed nerfed period... and thats why they are doing now nerfing them to a useable level. Either way i dont think they have left anyone with "Crap" most weapons are viable in almost all in game situations and there are plenty of weapons that do amazing damage in the game.

Legacy weapons were weapons that dropped ingame were 100% legit and were removed for being too strong years after the game was launched, i suggest you do research on a topic before making an arse of yourself.
@@DadPlaysStuff legit no not always also never remove any weapons people had did not get wiped changed or taken from stash boxes haha idiot suggest you do you think you see some 1200 in power armor running bloodied using an energy weapon spraying area explosive rounds 1 hit killing rooms of ghouls was luck its broken over powered weapons removed for the game for anyone else not the guns removed players stay have and run them some get updates but most are that cheats who still run broken removed guns some with 4 stars or 5 stars duplicate broken guns just cause they get named legacy to make it sound cool means nothing removed guns for one player while someone else has them is a cheating cheat: to gain an advantage over someone else in a game? like calling it cool names means nothing bring a clue next time cunt
