Both bangers bc of course. Loving the dual vocals I'm happy that the last breakdown didn't even have a snare drum in it. These guys know guitar tone and of course will Putney helps with that. I love that people love this band because they're that good

when i finished the album my brain just turned off. i knew knocked loose was going to knock it out of the park, but they knocked it out of the park and went to Jupiter.

I’m not an MIW fan, but when Chris screams “eye for an eye” I’ve gotten chills every time I’ve listened to this.
believe it or not. this is an easter egg bryan garris talked about in the downbeat podcast. that is actually producer drew fulk screaming that. it was supposed to be a reference track for Bryan but chris and bryan liked it so much they kept drew's version. and that clip is the exact same one from slaughterhouse one.

the delivery on the line "I tried but I can't let it go now" is so catchy but in a filthy heavy way and I love it.
I love how both Slaughterhouse tracks are respective to the band that’s album it lands on. Slaughterhouse 1 was very MIW forward with a taste of knocked loose and the slowing down the breakdown and this was the same but the tables turned. So fucking good.
“A total war driven by the lower class” goes so hard and is so necessary right now.
I like how both slaughterhouse songs have elements of the other bands in but still sound like their own band’s song, and that this has a lot of the main lyrics of the first that were iconic, personally I prefer slaughterhouse 1 mainly just because I’m generally more of a fan of those kinda songs and having the clean chorus on top of the heavy, but both are great

I stayed up until midnight for this album release, forgetting that I had two tests today, and I have zero regrets.
I remember them hyping the original Slaughterhouse as "heaviest song of the year" in 2022 and I was initially skeptical, but it really hit so hard.
It was my first experience with Bryan too, and I mean, he really made the song extra brutal.
I can understand why his style might not be for everyone, but I mean, the riffs go so hard it almost doesn't matter.
Nice to see this track goes even harder than the original!!
I dunno, I think "heavy" peaked with Synestia's "Winter." I can't think of a song in any other genre that hits like that. Makes Lorna sound like kpop.
I love how everyone assumes Chris is soft just cuz he puts clean vocals in his songs with his heavys.
The full album is amazing.. I’m 44 and lived through a good few metal bands (fuck all the sub genres) and wow!!

Been listening to metal since I was 5, its just awesome and this album is most certainly one of my most favorites
Emmure did that tracking thing on felony back in the day great homage.

i'm so lucky. i only discovered knocked loose a week ago so it made me so happy when i found out there was a new album
I felt like that a way back with Ice Nine Kills. Went from not ever hearing of them, to hearing the "IT" song, to suddenly listening to everything they've ever done and hoping for more.

i think it was either 09 or 08, me and a few buddies were in line at peabodys for a show. we saw this dude covered in makeup and piercings with leathers on walk by, it was chris. MIW was just starting off, didnt even their album out yet. they were one of the first bands up and me and my buddy just looked at each other like "hmm wonder what this is going to be like". they proceeded to absolutely kill, one of the best bands of the day. it was when they were still performing their rob zombie cover too, which was nasty. i know theyre breaking benjamin now, but them and chris used to kill it!

Are people more into Creatures than When Love Met Destruction? That EP was big for me
The EP is freaking great, but Creatures is just everything that EP was but done so much nicer and cleaner. But I do really adore both. Billy in 4C is still one of my favorites from them
personally have a deep bond with the whorror ep so when love met destruction comes closer to it in terms of vibes imo
I love them up till Puppets 3. The rest isn’t bad, just not for me (Slaughterhouse 1 is sick tho)
