    Grew up driving this sitting on my great grandfathers lap as a little boy. This machine is a beautiful tractor no matter what condition. Id love to own one when i get older and settled down

    I do recommend getting the crossmember that goes directly in front of the grill for loader support if you haven’t done so yet. Find one or make one!

    Your battery chainsaw is awesome, I bought a DeWalt saw and it’s been a great investment and light for me to handle! I’m selling my Husqavarna chainsaw! My DeWalt saw is only 12” but that’s all I need since I’ve retired, I only use it to trim branches and it’s perfect for that!

      I love the battery saw. I don’t think I could sell my husky, it’s nice for bigger stuff but I grab the battery saw far more often

    I bought a 1310 for $700 last year the tractor dealer quoted a lot to fix the Hydraulics but all I had to do was clean the hydraulic screen like you did and was able to turn around and make a nice profit off of it. They are good tractors put personally I believe it was just a tad underpowered and never really seemed to like the cold

    I just ran across a 1300 for sale with a front blade and Woods mower. So I have been browsing youtube videos for some videos of the 1300 and ran across yours. Thanks for posting. I believe the 1310 replaced the 1300 in the Ford line, so I'm sure it would be a good example of what a 1300 would be.

    If you havent done so check the oil in the steering gear. Not sure about the 1310, yours should have power steering with the loader so they might not have this problem, but the 1210 with manual steering that has set outside will leak water past the steering wheel, through the steering colum and trash every almost unobtainable bearing in there. Forums recommend changing the oil out and filling it to the brim with john deer corn head grease. I just filled my new one up with red n tacky as i could not find corn head grease. Havent had a problem out of the new one, but that was almost the end of our 1210. It sat for a decade or so until i found a steering gear. All over a 2$ bearing ford discontinued in 1990for a 1986 tractor.

    turn the key in opposite direction to heat up glowplugs, to make it start easier and the 1310 should be a 3 cylinder disel

    • @99Projects

      Thats correct, i knew about the preheat, im not sure why i didnt use it

    Do you remember the thread type, i recently inherited one from a family member that passed away. It needs new hydraulic lines for the bucket curl but no where in town stocks the correct fitting.

    You definitely got the deal, I bought a Ford 3000 diesel and had to put all new rubber. Lines and tires. The cost of the tractor was $1800 the tires, well you know. More than what I paid 😂

      Just bought a 86 1510 ford, Shibaura k773 4X4 it's got the front bucket three point grader blade, and I don't know what it's called it cut's weeds it's like 7'x7' as well! minimal rust hardly none everything works, big tread tires on the back! payed 1 Dollar.

  • @kirk467
    @kirk467 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I’m still catching up on your videos, this one is a year ago! Maybe you can find a three point grader blade for your tractor brother, you can tilt it to taper the road to drain the water to the ditches! Oh I see you have a box blade for your international tractor, what’s wrong with the international tractor?

    The 1310 doesn't have power steering, correct? How you find it operates using the loader with no power steering?

    • @99Projects
      @99Projects  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly the only time I remembered it did not have power steering is when I’d be running across really rough ground in 4wd and the front end would just kinda pull the steering wheel around. It wasn’t really hard to steer it was just rough. I definitely prefer no power steering on this tractor. It’s one less thing to go wrong and you really wont notice it.

    you should make a bunch of shorts with your phone from your long content (dont worry , it keeps your long videos as well) , you have decent videos (long form , and the views) you will gain subscribers quickly and be able to monetize your channel.
    I have more subs , but less long form views.
    last month I had 198 subscribers, shorts have pushed that to almost 800 as of today.
    someday I will get where you are.

    • @99Projects
      @99Projects  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s good to know, I’m kinda on the fence about shorts I know there’s a benefit to growing the channel. I put a lot of work into these videos and I don’t want the channel to look cluttered, and take away from the content that takes a lot of work. I feel like shorts make the video page look cluttered, just my opinion.

    • @99Projects
      @99Projects  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do the shorts show up on the video page on the PC? I just looked at your channel, it looks like there’s a separate tab for the shorts now?

      but they seem to be in their own spot.
