I think instead of having like helmet variants with the different chapters emblem on it they should separate the helmet from the emblem and make a sub category called like ‘Helmet adornment’ much like how halo reach had the helmet attachments.
I think the reason the havnt is the potential clipping issues it would be quite time consuming to set that up and then go through each one to make sure it’s flush against each helmet
As a Dark Angels player, I'm very excited about this. The unique pauldrons and aquila go a long way to making my dude feel like an actual DA vs an off-color Ultramarine.
Same here. Its fantastic to get as much as possible of the full chapter look and not just colors. I just wished they would split up the champion armors and made them available in parts for the different classes to some degree (naturally clipping issues might make it difficult in some cases). Our Dark Angel skin looks awesome and I am so glad it doesn't have the Bladeguard colors - as those were just the lamest way GW knew how to add Deathwing to primaris back then.

I really wish they would unlock the champion armor to mix and match as you please. It reminds me too much of For Honor with their Hero skins that you can change nothing about yet they have the best armor that wont be added to the normal armor pool. What is the point of making a space marine your own if you are gonna like the same as every single bulwark that got the season pass. I know using the skin is OPTIONAL but still
100% agree, even if they just let us change the color and sigils to be other chapters that would be sick, like I image the dark angels champion pack will have a lot of possible crossover for black templars or maybe grey knight style gear that wont be possible because its fixed
@@italianspartacus Well yes, but i usually think mk 8 errant is like an extended version, rather then a brand new mark. Considering marks usually have whole suit changed :)
@@italianspartacusMKVIII Errant was technically the in between for Aquila and Tacticus, but the Errant was pretty much just an up-armored version of Aquila. It’s the same armor the deathwatch guys were wearing in the intro mission of the campaign.
Cant wait for the Blood Angels, Iconography and all their other Armor Customization parts. So long as its priced reasonably or even better tied to in game achievements.
@@Whispurer It doesnt have to be that fancy, but it would be nice. Just the regular style of Blood Angels armor will do for me. Their Muscle Cuirasses, their chapter style of armor decoration, the fine detailing they use ect.

As a Black Templar fan, i wanna see more tabards available, maybe something like the Swordbrethren model kit, with the templars cross displayed on the front of the tabard, or something to make either my assault or bulwark look like the emperor's champion, having the option to make the power sword look like one of the black swords would be awesome as well! And of course more chains of zeal, the chains of zeal are very important lol
What I like best about it is that it's more like the blurb you get on the back of a book. It's a preview to see if this vid is going to cover the information/content I'm looking for. 99% of the time it gives me that reassurance and I hang in with it.

I’m hoping they remember to add the winged broken sword emblem of the Deathwing and the Ravenwing emblem too while they’re at it. My Deathwing Tactical and Heavy are cool but the added touch of the accurate symbol would be nice. Plus a Ravenwing Assault would be cool.
@@kingvince7328 Xbox. The issue with matchmaking is that sometimes you'll only get one other player and that's IT. I think it's been fixed because I haven't encountered it luckily. Server issues seem to have been fixed also. My only issue is game balance now. Multi-player needs a melee OVERHAUL, bulwark is useless once people realize they don't have to shoot him and he does no damage. And PVE is way too easy. So I'm really hoping they add a higher difficulty.
@@The_Lone_Outlaw Especially since the Cosmetics are just that, Cosmetic options. So no matter what you look like, the game will still have you be part of the Ultramarines, but just looking different. And the PVE story won't comment on what you look like anyway.
While I've been rocking pre-heresy world eaters colors on most things, getting beakie helmets alongside ravenguard stuff will be fun. I just hope most can be equipped on assault cause I like ravenguard jump packs
As a Dark Angels fanboy, I am hyped, but also kind of disappointment I don't see a Deathwing bladeguard here. Fingers crossed we get the skin for them.
The idea of a Blood Angel Assault Champion adding wings to the game would be awesome. Downside would be nobody being able to play assault without it, or be impossible to queue into pubs with assault.
I’d love to honestly see at least one variant of a chest piece with the ultramarine omega similar to Titus’ from the campaign. Everything else set to come looks great though! Glad people are gonna get the extra variety they want for other chapters even though mine will probably stay ultramarines lol
All the people complaining about chapter specific icons. I play/collect Marines Malevolent who are well known for "salvaging" and stealing equipment from other chapters, so its lore accurate for mine and the Blood Ravens

I want my Flesh Tearers chapter badges, more battle damaged armor, more armor chains, and Death Company markings. I would "like" 2 handed relic blades and eviscerators.
It would be nice to be able to mod the armors for each class like having geometric patterns or to be able to make custom aquilas on the chest and make custom shoulder patterns or badges to make chapters like home brew chapters or have it to where u can make a lore accurate astartes chapter ,cuz i wamt a my blood angels Aquila and my dual wield lighting claws soo bad in the game😩

As a Bulwark main, I really hope they give us the ability to change the cloth color eventually. Would like to make it a dark red or black. Dark red would be achievable already if the blood stayed consistent throughout the mission lol.

The Shrike and RG parts set is a primaris helmet, and this looks to match it, if you look at the "ears". So not a true mk6. Yes I know that's pedantic 😂 OP also said the beakie is unique to RG, he put the chapter symbol on it in other pics because it was convenient.
For what it's worth we do have more than just shrike with beaky helms on tabletop. the raven guard primaris upgrade sprue has them as well, iirc so they're not having to make anything up and risk the GW lawyers coming in
It is a really bad idea to lock champion armor components in a single combination like that. he whole point of this game is to have fun with your custom marine, not to play with someone else's character. if I want to make a particular character, I can make one. Sounds like something done by the marketing department for bonus attraction points. I really hope this can be modded out because frankly I doubt I'll buy something like this to only use a few bits of it as I want.
the redditor who posted these images has mentioned that the helmet logos were not part of the beaky helmet and were added as creative liberty but later realized that would be misleading
I'm hoping they add the ability to use chapter icons on both shoulders. I'm wanting to make Deathwatch in game, but you really can't make any of them except maybe Raven Guard and Blackshields because they're restricted.
I'm glad that the other chapters are getting their cosmetics, but I'm still highly disappointed that a game where the Ultramarines are the main characters, doesn't have any armor pieces that have the Ultramarines emblem on them. You see it in all the character's armors in the mains story, but in multiplayer, they have all the armor pieces Imperium themed or like some default looking, imperium themed ornaments and stuff. Closest thing to a Ultramarine armor set is the heavy set from the Ultramarine Champion pack, but even you can't even customize the pieces on that one because you can only wear the entire set itself, but not remove pieces from it and it's only for the Heavy too.
I like to play PVE with random people and most of the time I see Black Templar players, myself included. Would love a Black Templar DLC and I'm sure I'm not alone in this.
I am stoked for what is coming. I just wish the champion packs were customizable with color. I still have no idea what I bought for $109. My buddies that just bought the base packs are also able to buy everything labeled DLC. So I had to pay for the DLC and then pay requisition. They did not buy the DLC and pay requisition. I feel a bit like I got duped and then got a blue champion I'll never use because he's blue.
As someone who's spent a stupid amount of money on tiny little plastic beak helmets for a Raven Guard army. I will literally sell my soul to Saber for a mk6 corvus helmet in game.
The problem is, this is content that was planned for the game before it started doing so well and if they want to keep it doing as well as it is right now.They better kick it in gear and get us a heck of a lot more content than this.😊

You can make pretty good Raptor sets for Vanguard and Sniper with the parts currently available. For color you can use the Death Guard paint.

Mark X standard armor is called Tacticus, Phobos for light and Gravitus for Heavy variants of it.

The Dark Angel pieces look phenomenal. I am glad they're upping their game since the relic tier Bulwark armor sets really do kinda suck.

For the ultramarine cosmetic pack it also did come with the Lieutenant helmet and the deathwatch customizations so not just colors, just mainly colors

Yes! the fact that my sniper isnt able to wear a full helmet is stupid, best they get is a mask with a hood

I like to play PVE with random people and most of the time I see Black Templar players, myself included. Would love a Black Templar DLC and I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

I am stoked for what is coming. I just wish the champion packs were customizable with color. I still have no idea what I bought for $109. My buddies that just bought the base packs are also able to buy everything labeled DLC. So I had to pay for the DLC and then pay requisition. They did not buy the DLC and pay requisition. I feel a bit like I got duped and then got a blue champion I'll never use because he's blue.

As someone who's spent a stupid amount of money on tiny little plastic beak helmets for a Raven Guard army.
I will literally sell my soul to Saber for a mk6 corvus helmet in game.
All that matters to me is that we get earnable gear and this isn’t all just a season pass advertisement
The problem is, this is content that was planned for the game before it started doing so well and if they want to keep it doing as well as it is right now.They better kick it in gear and get us a heck of a lot more content than this.😊

champion armor was such a mistake, there's no reason why the champion armor can't effectively act like a purchaseable set of individual parts
