Hi Jerrorr, I currently have the Energon and I was wondering if the Hayate Otsu would be a good fit since I desire less static friction but around the same dynamic friction. Thank you so much.
Hi! Yes I would say the Hayate Otsu would fit your needs exceptionally well! Other more budget oriented alternatives could be the Aqua Control II or Equate Plus V2 from X-raypad.
@@jerrorr I actually own the aqua control 2, I find the static friction to be too small, would you recommend the equate plus v2 or otsu? Energon dynamic friction is spot on, just initial friction is too much lol Thank you
In my tests I measured a higher static friction on the ACII than on the hayate otsu, but honestly the test vary so much with humidity that they are not conclusive. I will check today what the static friction is at this current time on both.
@@jerrorr Bless your soul I appreciate you man, funny enough the AC2 felt good after changing dpi, thinking the Equate or Hayate is end game for me. Thank you.
A lot of people compare the feel of the pad to the artisan raiden. But the raiden feels more like plastic than a cloth pad. Does this feel anything like plastic, or more a very smooth cloth pad?
It’s spandex so if you want to know how it feels just go to a sports store and touch some swimwear, sports underwear or cycling gear 😅 if someone asks, just tell them a guy from TH-cam told you to do that.
@@jerrorr I got to try it. It feels like cordura. Maybe it would break in but i just cant keep using it. It sticks to my arm. I expected it to be more cloth-like.
How do you feel about Optimus Prime being the mastermind behind Lamzu? Surprised?
Thank you optimus prime
Our lord and savior!
This could have been the perfect cloth pad with a hard pad feel if they didn't put such a soft base on it...

From these the Equate is a tiny bit softer, smoother and faster.

So basically it’s more plasticky than cloth-like
@@jerrorr Aaw, nuts
It’s feels close to Raiden feel wise but speed is nowhere close to the Raiden’s speed
This or paracontrol v2
Totally different type of pads. Speed = energon, control = paracontrol
@@jerrorr which one you prefer

Optimus Prime and smelly shorts? 😅🤣 Great review dude, I have this pad as well. Its a banger!
Thanks man! It’s one of my faves for sure!
Hey, bro. Have you tested the LGG Jupiter pad?
Sorry no! Just the venus pro and saturn from LGG
