After 6 attempt i got the first 3 noten out proper! Always wanted to play an instrument as a kid but my parents were too busy fighting with eachother and ignored it. Now, I'm 36 years and got my first ever instrument! And guess what it is... hihi. Getting the first proper noten outs thanks to your video means alot to me. I defenilty already feel like a rockstar now. Thank you so much! ☺🎷🎶

My beginner sax is playing an Eflat, but you seem to play an E. What is wrong?

All alto saxophones are in the key of E flat I'm pretty sure. I'm in band and all of ours are in E flat.

Never too late, I found my old Alto saxophone from when I was in 4th grade and here I am jamming with my step kids and I’m trying to learn all over again. I have muscle memory but i need the basics!

This wasn't very helpful because I'm switching to alto sax AFTER playing Bb clarinet for a year and this video is just giving the basics of how to play a woodwind with a reed instead of showing the notes and other important things for actually PLAYING the sax.
