guys i need some advise. i always had the same thinking that we should always remain attractive for your partner, and i have always been open in sharing this with my friends. however, i have been gaslighted and got comments that im just a superficial guy/ its all about the personality not looks/ why am i toxic by having this thinking/i am fat shaming / you do you, they do them/they want to remain unattractive is their problem ? Am i wrong in thinking that we should remain attractive for the partner? Anyway thanks to john and and pat for openly sharing about this thanks!
No it's not unrealistic. It's also about being respectful to your partner. Yes, you can dress down and be frumpy around them but also be aware not to be too comfortable to create some tension, mystery and excitement. This is one of the ways not to take your relationship for granted.

Hello. It started out rough. I restricted him so much that it hurts the relationship. But slowly, as we got older, I gained more confidence of myself and valued myself more. John did his part too by making sure I can always trust him. :) - Pat

It’s not THAT easy to JUST go back to your work out routine right after giving birth. It is not an excuse unless you just bumped around and do nothing. Also you need to have very good support system and your body needs to be physically ready too. Depending on individual circumstances too. Such casual remarks should only be made if you have gone through that phase and able to really do it.
LMAO RULAIFUO XD XD XD that was such a good quip anw honest feedback bro - don't perm better lah. jared hairstyle honestly not that nice (although tbh might be cuz he spoiled it for me lah... cuz he comes across as v insecure (sorry ah), so it gives me the impression that people with that hairstyle v vain/insecure too... hmm, ALTHOUGH it may be true that guys who bother to perm their hair are usually quite vain/insecure in general) kinda in the same vein - yeah leh, don't think pat needs to feel insecure about john hanging out with hot girls. personality and confidence wise, im fairly sure pat will beat most of them hands down. usually hot girls don't have the personality one (cuz their life is alr on easy mode from the looks) and from guy's pov, a good wife is one that has confidence and personality and good support. wouldn't trade that for any hot one time fling. also, pat has super strong EQ and has good dress sense too. that + shared history means it's v hard to beat. also, next time don't zoom into sherm's face so big lah hahaha. give her some dignity pls.
