Larry recently won his first professional tournament where he pinned several US state champions.
A PR can be going a week without skipping a meal 😫 I needed to hear it like that. My progress has seriously struggled due to my dieting! I’ma shoot for some eating PRs ✊🏼
even if you skip a meal, as long as you get your goal calorie count over the week(as long as each meal is reasonably sized and a few hours apart) you will still reach your goal

There's a safety squat bar at all three of my local ymca's but I've yet to see anyone using them. As my weight goes up I may try it out to go easier on my knees as Larry talks about.
