Empecé a entrenar a los 20 años, aunque no de manera profesional ni rutinaria, mi trabajo lo impedía, y he entrenado muy esporadicamente en mi vida a mis 47 años, y hace uño sentí que ya no valía la pena, comencé a beber y a ser más flojo, y hace meses todo cambió, descubrí a Anatoly mi ánimo y entusiasmo regresaron, he vuelto a ponerme de pie otra vez , gracias Anatoly, más personas como tú nesecita el mundo, sin dejar pasar por alto a la buena gente de éstos talleres de la salud física y mental.

I started a couple of months ago, it's really fun, I recommend.
Realtalk it's more fun than it looks. All these dudes going on about "PAIN WORK HARD HUSTLE OHH YEAH SO HARDCORE" makes it seem like weightlifting and training generally is torture, but I was surprised to learn that it's really not.
The gym is just a big playground for adults.
