4:19 Oh 💯 it's less "what do you do?" and more "what are you doing?" It's like be predictable so my anxiety doesn't kick in. But when you grow secure, you know when that emotion is sabotaging you and you try to let life happen more naturally. That's like moving from "save me" to "teach me".
