- Comparing my stock blower to my new one, showing the difference and parts along with a few clips of the install and parts used.
Parts used:
-Jokerz Performance 5 axis CNC ported Full Tilt LSA blower.
-Forced Induction LSA blower spacer
-Forced Induction LSA lid spacer
-Forced Induction thermal blanket
I bet torquing the lid was even more of a PITA being up higher. I had a hell of a time with the back bolts
Just curious will the strut tower bar still fit over the charger and will the stock hood still clear?? Please reply I'm wanting to do the same with my zl1
Well in this video i had a cowl hood to make sure it would fit. But now I have a factory hood that I made work to make it look more sleeper. I will post a short today that has the underneath of my new hood to see where I had to cut. So yes a stock G8 hood works, with slight modification. Not sure if the strut tower bar will work tho.
Just posted a short where u can see underneath my hood. Just a small cut out for the LSA supercharger to fit under the stock hood🙌🏼😁
Heck ya man you can’t see really what he does there on the site I was wondering why that section was built up. But makes sense to do it for more flow. Did he tell you it was 60whp or more guaranteed? I was wondering how much full tilt would help. Can’t wait for some street pulls 🤘😎🇺🇸
I know they came stock on ZL1, CTS-S, etc...but was told if I was worried about Emissions, not to do it, it likely wouldn't pass.
Why ??
Very nicely done. I’m jealous.
I want so badly to put one of these LSA blowers on my 2017 SS Sedan (6MT), but I live in Illinois, and they Emissions Test.
How can I get around this ?!?
Escape Ill
find a special smog guy
Where are they located
