Great stuff
Thanks man. More coming!
Looks absolutely beautiful, hell of a job
Thank you very much sir!
It's sad what you said about some vendors and part companies. I'm doing a build like you but in a much cheaper car/ engine platform. Trying to go the extra mile and have hit a few bumps in my road on my build. Very cool video and I love the fact you don't compromise with ANYTHING!!! YOUR SETUP IS A DREAM BUILD FOR ME!!!
No compromise is correct. These aftermarket company have close to zero QC and will ship you junk. Send it right back and make them eat it! Always trust and verify Dyno result video coming soon from the latest round of tweaks
I'm so jealous, can wait to see what see does on the dyno.
you and me too!
Hello
just found your great video, I also recently pursued an LSA super charger For a project built ( 1963 Chevy ImpalaSS & 1984 Chevy Caprice Coupe).
In January I plan on Sending my blower out to get ported.
I know you did your own and that's a great job , i don't know if I'm confident enough in my skills yet to do it myself.
Can you recommend a good company for that? I've got'n recommendations for the company joker.
Do you have a video showing how to pin the pulley, I am also changing my upper pulley to the 2.50 GripTec.
Any help you can give me or advice would be appreciated thank you again!!
Please let us know what you got for rwhp after all done. Cheers from a 2009 zr1 owner.

Very nice numbers. I want to do my throttle body snout and intake. Any suggestions for right hardware?
Just curious as to where you found out that coupler needs to be replaced everytime you take the snout off? Not saying you are wrong just have always seen people and companies take the snout off and port and then put the snout back on. Never heard of any failures. Is this a known fact or you just taking every precaution necessary? I've just never heard about this being a problem and I can't find any type of information to support this data. TIA and nice port job brother 💯💪🏾
Not the plastic 6 hole coupler but the drive hubs on snout and case. And i prefer to follow Eatons proper rebuild procedure. Those come in a eaton rebuild kit for a reason. Its because the male drive hubs with 3 prongs are made of a softer metal on purpose so that when pressed in, get splined in place by the hardened shaft once assembled. Once taken apart for porting 99.9% of people just press the 3 prong male hub back in willy nilly and dont get the same alignment & tight proper fit. Which can lead to a potential for the hubs to dislodge and spin on snout shaft.
There tons of people out there doing things incorrectly, including porters and shops that have no business taking apart blowers. 99% of them arent even certified by eaton as a blower repair /service center to begin with and have no idea what the proper procedure actually is or have the proper tools to do so with out damaging the blower. Customers just assume they all know what they are doing LOL
