Ran into you in Hancock before your start. I'm glad you're enjoying riding our neck of the woods. Nice to meet you. I'll follow along great seeing the roads we ride and places we stop at in your videos.
I just spent the weekend of 10/21-22, riding the backroads along section 1 and 2. I hadn't ridden up there since 1981. It was just as beautiful and rural as I remember. Safe travels and Happy Adventures! I just subbed the channel , looks good! Rich
Excellent timing for color. I did the NEBDR in 2022 on my T7 at 60 with an older buddy and puptents. Thought I might struggle but it was good medicine. It's fun to look for memorable spots in here. I also have a brief encounter video with a limpy porcupine in north central PA. Thanks man! Onward.
I must’ve just missed you. I was in Hancock New York with my motorcycle and drove the first day of the Northeast BDR. It was only a day trip. It is beautiful and I’ll have to come back some other day for another day trip and due day two of the BDR.
Brock, Bryce watched Moto Mission videos all the way home from the Like Father Like Son weekend! We had such a blast with everyone. We will definitely plan to do some ADV trips with you. He made it clear that i can't go unless he gets to go. To all the viewers, if you get a chance to go on a ride with Brock, you would be crazy not to! Him and Auny are so nice and welcoming... and they seem to attract other wonderful people. I don't recall ever being around that many strangers at one time and feeling comfortable from the first moment to the last.
Coming from the Hudson Valley area of NY and ride roads like this often, this was a really good video while watching from my warm recliner. This weekend is going to be nice, hoping to get some miles on the Scrambler XE.
@@MotoMission. "Love it" is an understatement! This bike brought back the excitement of riding again. It's a '23 1200XE. I offed a T100 and my customized Honda Fury for it. I'm primarily a weekend warrior hitting the urban roads in the Orange, Ulster, Sullivan & Green County areas. Mostly pavement. Very comfy for my 6'4"/ 260lbs frame. It's a tall bike. There is a guy on TH-cam called Polak. He does insane riding on a 1200XE. I find Triumph very reliable with a great warranty too. They made a few component changes to the '24 model which actually lowered the price a little, however I am glad that I was able to fine a '23 leftover. I'm actually headed out shortly on it. Waiting for the temp to get above 50!
Had to take a leaf blower to my recliner but got it cleared off and on the roll again. Don’t slow up too much or I will pass you. PS I’am eating your pie you missed. What are friends for. Carry on!

I saw a huge black bear on that Dillon town rd when I did the NEBDR a couple years ago. First time seeing a bear in the wild, I stopped, I looked at him, he looked at me, he was 10 yards away and decided I was too scary and wondered off. Really cool
Brock, If you don't mind me asking, could you provide the dates for this trip? The NEBDR is on my list of rides for 2025. Would love to do it in the fall to take advantage of the fall colors. I'm sure there is a window to hit the best weather / colors. Ride Safe !
