Wow, these are some amazing cards. The 1921 PSA strip card I like a lot. I don’t collect pre-war, but these are very nice. Thanks for the video and thanks for sharing!
Great cards. He's a monster player for sure, but as you mentioned multiple teams and odd collecting era when he played has hurt his place in history. Funny cuz I've recently sold off two rarer caramels to just keep one card of him.
Gave a video like. Awesome Grover Alexander cards. I really enjoy the early Exhibit cards. The Caramel cards are sweet cards. Enjoyed seeing all those beauties. Thanks for sharing, Aaron
@Hodges1455 thank you, my friend! I really enjoy Grover and his cards seem to be a solid value for how remarkable his career numbers stack up against the best of the best.
@thedetroitcollector thank you, my friend! It's definitely one of those sets I just wanted an example from. Grover is so underappreciated it was a great pickup.
Thanks for giving us a look at the cards! I have always loved history and of course would bet he was named after our President Grover Cleveland and wonder if he was born during his presidency? A name can certainly mark a moment in time like that! Happy New Year!
@Redneckclector there are some tougher issues in that era for sure. Not easy to find. His 1951 Connie Mack All Star card is a cool image in Cardinals uni.
@blixcards yeah, he is in that between big sets timeframe. He has a silk and some game card issues in 1913 that I see at times. www.oldcardboard.com/ref/rookies/rookiedetail.asp?id=3
Alexander was an incredible pitcher. Thank you for sharing your collection

@@JayAvgVintageCollector thank you, Jay! I do have the pre-war pusher label for a reason 😂
It is a whole new world when you decide to take that leap.
@ I’m never going to rule it out…but it is a ways down the road. Or maybe it will be sooner🤣
Great run my friend. Have a wonderful New Year!
@@EverydayCardCollector-Jason you as well, sir!

@OC-MC_Joe it is funny how that all goes. You might end up bouncing back to a cool one or two later, I would guess.
Love that Universal Toy card!
@jpwiscobaseballcards1192 yes, my only one so far. Cool little offshoot for sure. Thanks for watching.

He put up some crazy numbers during his 1915-1920 seasons! Great showcase Aaron!
@@SammyThunder thanks, Sammy! Yeah, he had a crazy peak run!
Great collection Aaron. Grover was an amazing player. Love the universal toy. Really tough set.

Hey Aaron! Alex was a great pitcher. I love reading about him. Severely underrated for sure. Does he have anything from his stint with the Cardinals?
@Redneckclector there are some tougher issues in that era for sure. Not easy to find. His 1951 Connie Mack All Star card is a cool image in Cardinals uni.
Nice cards! I always thought he was in the 206 set. Very interesting... What card is considered his 1st/RC?
@blixcards yeah, he is in that between big sets timeframe. He has a silk and some game card issues in 1913 that I see at times.
