Isn't it remarkable that the there was more respect and good humour observed between the Commonwealth and Ottoman forces (which is well-documented within both armies) in Gallipoli than in a TH-cam comments section? The fact of the matter is that the British Admiralty sent tens of thousands of British and then-colonial soldiers to fight a well-led, battle-hardened Ottoman army occupying an extremely defensible well-fortified position. Even so, the ANZACs and British forces fought hard and bravely (the Battle of Lone Pine is one heroic yet tragic example). I suggest that if the tables were turned, the Ottomans could do little (if at all) better. The stupid shouting contest here is pathetic and trivial excuse for racism and ignorance. Both invaders and defenders fought like lions for their mates or for their homeland respectively and the Turkish soldiers deserve better than "XXxI'mADickheadxXX"'s kebab comments. 24:51 If he would just be standing there until the battle is over (assuming he doesn't die) and if he was caught doing that then he would have been reprimanded or even court-martialed.
The British fielded over 300,000 troops in the campaign. The ANZACS contributed less than 100,000. And the entire naval power was British royal navy. Check your facts and come back.
more British troops fought at Gallipoli than Anzac. The Anzacs are famous because they suffered more casulties proportionally speaking, but in terms of total numbers more FRENCH (yes, french fought there too) and British troops died at Gallipoli than Anzacs.
Daniel Kyle Bro you gotta know that the ANZACS were the minority in the battle of Gallipoli. There were way more British and French troops than us. It is known as the ANZACS war because it showed New Zealand and Australia fighting under their own flags and they had independence from the British for once. Your also thinking about ANZAC cove, the ANZACS were the ones fighting there but there were other fronts as well like Cape Helles etc. I’m from NZ btw so I’m not being biased I’m telling the truth.

Ameen! ♥️
Amazing comment and video 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Not a historian, but whats up with all of those bulgarian forces in the ottoman army?!? 😄
BlackKnightTW the mod mixes Bulgaria and the ottomans.
I guess they couldn't add a Bulgaria, because of NTW region restrictions?
Ahmo Thanks for the info, but I'm bulgarian and I know my history. My point was that no bulgarians fought in Gallipoli. :)
BlackKnightTW nah mate those are Turks that lived in Bulgaria (even today alot of Turkish people live in Bulgaria) but Bulgaria being an ally could also be a reason why they are in the army
Well dude, you guys earned it, we just did what was right I think. :)
GG for the army on the last farm house comeone holding 2 wave of uk army with same division
Gallipoli! Such waste of life Gallipoli!

apreciate simmer
24:51 If he would just be standing there until the battle is over (assuming he doesn't die) and if he was caught doing that then he would have been reprimanded or even court-martialed.

BurgerSkillz your a alien

Then why did you even say it? it was very racist to say it :/
Thank you, I am sorry to for my language
+Ali Kiwan People call New Zealanders Kiwis because the country is famous for kiwi fruit and kiwi birds (which are real, look them up).
Hey, Apollo! Love your vids! But how do I download this mod? Been looking forever!
Yeah i really wanna have the mod
You do know that Britain had nothing really to do whith Gallipoli Australia and New Zealand did I had three relatives who fought there
The British fielded over 300,000 troops in the campaign. The ANZACS contributed less than 100,000. And the entire naval power was British royal navy. Check your facts and come back.
Thank god someone told him.
more British troops fought at Gallipoli than Anzac.
But the Anzac were the brave and courageous troops they never gave up
I'm from Bulgaria soo cool to see my dudes in the battle
Can someone tell me why the Turkish always have to be so arrogant about winning one single battle. I mean the Turks lost almost their entire empire
Lord Voldemort and His Death Eater's Video's of Evil I'm Turkish and idk dude. People get really nationalist to about this stuff. I've seen it with a bunch of other videos that have to do with some nation winning a big battle like this. For example French or polish...haven't seen many Asians (other than Turks) be like this though...idk.
IMO it's stupid to go around online like this but people fall for the bait and get into arguments
Lord Voldemort and His Death Eater's Video's of Evil So did the British over the years LOL
KenoReplay because if you win a war against all of the superpowers of the world (not the third reich) and have millions of rebels inside your empire and still manage to survive then you can be proud i guess
KenoReplay Because they dont give a fuck about balkans or deserts of Arabia. If gallipoli falls, they lost Istanbul and anatolia
KenoReplay are you sure dude cuz the last time I checked the British lost there empire and gave it off cuz they couldn’t handle it
Love your channel
Aldınız Çanakkaleyi geldimi !
It looks like the Ottoman player invested a lot in flashy/gimmicky units like the flamethrowers who didn't end up doing a lot, ended up making the battle a lot more fair tho
