Yes, finally it's BACK! I normally don't watch many metal detecting videos but I like your coin videos and the "collecting them all" aspect makes this series way more interesting to me than most detectors.
Thank you Alrik! That is really nice to hear. I often debate over whether or not I should bother with the metal detecting videos because they aren't as popular, but I like making them and it's nice to know that there is a core audience who is really interested in them. That makes me want to make more!
I'm so happy! Also, don't hunt at ellsworth, I know peoplw who search it a lot, you should probably go to Burns Park, it's fairgrounds opened in the 1880s!
I found about 2/3 of the Mercury Dimes, including a 1921P! Of course it took me about 40 years! The '21 was found the same day as a 1918. The 1921 was Good at best, the 1918 was XF. Wish the conditions had been reversed.
@@QuinsCoins I started about 1975. My log shows about 15,000 coins although I've done very little the last 10 years, getting harder to kneel down and dig holes. Oldest coin a 1800/1799 Half Real, Oldest US coin an 1830s-40s Large Cent (don't remember). A few seated silver, a half dime, dime, and quarter. Check parking lots at old fairgrounds, they're better than the fairgrounds themselves.
I have been following you for a short period of time now. I have been enjoying it a lot. There were others that I have been following but your channel just seemed to be more entertaining and informative. I just loved have you went over your digs in this episode and how careful you are, because you never know what you are going to come across. I seem to have to downsized my list and kept you, because a person just has to have more time for doing other things, like research.🙄😬🍻😶
Hey Melissa, I appreciate the offer! But I have a rule of only putting coins into the collection that I find with my metal detector so I can't accept them from anyone. Thank you though!
Yes, I have had some great success with it and no issues so far! It gets decent depth (finds coins at 7-8 inches at maximum sensitivity) but if you want deeper than that, you can also purchase additional coils and use those. I would recommend it as a good bang-for-your-buck machine!
Thanks Edward! I have definitely had a few hiccups in life in the last couple months but nothing I can't get through! I'm happy to be back making metal detecting videos again!
THE ULTIMATE COIN HUNT IS BACK BABY!!

Dang, that is dedication! I will probably be at this for 40+ years too- it is certainly a life-long quest!

Is the Ace 400 a decent machine? I have a Bounty Hunter but it doesn’t get much depth
