- In this episode of, Diggin with Deej Metal Detecting Tips I use the super sniper coil on my Ace 400 in a park that used to sit next to an old train depot 160 years ago. Tips on where & when to use this coil. A realistic metal detecting hunt using the Garrett super sniper coil with my Ace 400 showing the advantages. This girl detector is loving this coil!
Now I am not compensated by Garrett for recommending their products. I just like the products and feel they are worth the money over many competing brands. I feel that its not the cost of the machine your are using that determines your success, but how well you have learned your machine. I know guys with ace 250's that find as much as I do.
So take the time learn your machine, experiment, you don't have anything to loose and much knowledge to gain. Is the sniper coil worth the money, yes I do!
I check my P.O.box twice a week. I pick up my employers mail so it was convenient to have my P.O. Box at the same place. I do sticker trades.

LOVED the video Deej! Garrett calls their "double beep", a "bell tone" btw, and is supposed to signify a coin signal. And F.Y.I., your Fiskars digger has a LIFETIME warranty (as do all Fiskars tools), and not if, but when, your's snaps off at the handle (poor welding on most), all you have to do is take a picture of your broken digger, fill out the online warranty claim and upload your picture, and Fiskars will have you a Brand New replacement digger in the mail via First Class Mail the next business day! I wish everything came with a warranty as good as Fiskars Tools!

Hello Deej. I have an Ace 400 and will be purchasing the Super Sniper coil. I take it you like this coil, especially in trashy areas. Watching your video, @ 7:22, I see something that looks like a coin or a button at the bottom left of the screen that you were looking for under that root, maybe. Those darn roots love to hide coins or the coins just don't want to be excavated. great video.

Love that little coil, wish mine had one. I have to put it in pinpoint mode and slide very slowly along the fence. I did find a ring that way but it was tough going! Nice info thanks!

Very informative, have the viper coil for my ace 400, might have to get this coil. I hunt an old homestead which I call the iron patch, but found some good relics but only 1 coin, 1902 IHP.
I swear by the smallest coil for each brand of machine I own. I even use them in farm fields that are infested with iron
Ordered the coil today, can’t wait to try it back at the farm

Very informative. I have been tempted to get a smaller coil for my AT Pro latey, but recently retired and not sure if I should be spending money on my hobby just yet. Would love to have one though. Great info for anyone using the ACE.

Deej last night at our Michigan Treasure Hunters meeting in Livonia pulled me to the side,he is from Clarkston.He says to me I know we hunt some of the same areas and proceeded to show me some pics in his phone and I asked him what am I looking at? He said ticks and he was in a public park in the Clarkston area.I know you made reference to the widow makers. they say this is going to be a bad year with the ticks being out there in droves!
Oh that's just dandy. Not only am I a breast Cancer survivor I am a lyme disease survivor. I will start watching for them. Probably because of the mild winter

This is a good detector how to mam. Not too shabby a day eh. The bolt is an electrical ground type connector widely used in outside connections. Dig em all as they say eh.
