Glad I found this comparison. I just got the eufy scale and I was skeptical about the how accurate the values would be but I see that it’s very close in accuracy. Can’t wait to use it. Great review. Happy Healthy GLP Journey!
Hi! Thank you for sharing. I’m looking into getting a scan soon. I’m hoping I can share the results on my channel as well. I just purchased a new scale but I’m very interested in the one you shared. I’m hoping the one I have is accurate. You are doing a great job! Keep up the great work!
Thank you for sharing this information about the DEXA Scan as well as the scale data. This is so helpful and I am going to schedule to get a scan so I can understand my composition. 🙌🏾
Thanks for sharing! I really appreciate your videos. So which scale do you recommend? Also, can you do a video on what the Dexascan is and what we should look for in a facility offering the scan. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! Right now I would definitely recommend the Eufy P3. It is linked in the description of the video. It’s only like $50 which is half the price of the Withings even now. I don’t have a lot of insight of what offerings a facility should have. Still navigating it myself. I would definitely say look at prices and understand what information they are giving you in the report. If you are in Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, Orange County (CA), San Francisco, San Jose, or Seattle - there is a place called BodySpec that only charges $40 a month for a scan. They give all the report details I’m looking for. I just don’t have one by me. ☹️
Very interesting. I find it surprising of the fat percentage difference between the two scales. Just curious, it would be further interesting, If you tried one of the new eight sensor scales where you would hold handles while it was reading your body. I imagine those are even more accurate and aligned with the professional reading you received.
I did one of those at my gym for last 2 months, one time per month. The eVolt 360 scan. Was very similar in results to the Withings scale. Probably game me a false sense of security about the accuracy of the composition measurements.
It may also be that there have been recent technology advances with the newer model scales that have added to their accuracy. I would like to try one of the latest model eight sensor scales just to see how accurate this latest technology is.
@@robertb8360 oh absolutely. I was thinking the same. The Withings scale is 6 years old. In technology years, that might as well be 60 years. I’m sure their newer scales are up to par, but excessive in price. That Eufy scale ran $50
I have been looking for a scan in my area and can’t find any that are not multiple hundreds of dollars at hospitals. I have reached out to several that are a few hours away, but have not heard back. 😢
I’ve tried 2 body fat measurement scales. One says 30% BF, the other says 27%. It’s comical because I have a 6 pack and a 31 inch waist at 5’10 and 225 pounds. Body weight is the only accurate measurement for those types of scales
Yes, very much a grain of salt with composition numbers but I was pleasantly surprised with the performance of Eufy. I was surprised with the poorer performance of Withings. It is an older scale though. A lot changes in 6 years in terms of technology.
That’s probably the most interesting video of body analysis scale. Thank you very much! Please compare further scales.
Thank you! I’m happy you enjoyed it!

You are so welcome!
The Inbody scan that my doctor office does compare age.
I hear those are really great and accurate scales. I looked into buying one and whoa!
Yeah I did too..and then the broader area, and then to larger cities several hours away. I think I am in a DEXA Desert.
Dang
YES!!!!!!
I love this!
🙏🏽 thanks for the inspiration!

Hi I was in the same boat.. I did the inbody scans 2x just to be sure... was remarkably close to my Renpho
I was looking at some of the InBody scales. I heard they are extremely accurate but they are super pricey.
What scale model is the most accurate that you use?
@@robertb8360 after this comparison, it is most definitely the Eufy P3 Smart Scale. Link is in the video description.
Fascinating
Thanks. I thought so too

I hope you are able to find one. I just typed into Google DEXA Scan and my city

Did the dexa and eufy scale body fat readings change your weight loss targets in any way
Not at all. Just regret not having a more accurate to start. It might have changed some of the targeted areas I focused on during lifting.
