Phoebe's belting parts in this song (and the way they blend with Julien and Lucy's vocals at those points in the song) are some of my favorite vocals ever. Gives me chills every time.

Georgia yeah, sorry for being a grammarnazi; what she is doing is called (by some) ‘vamping’ (playing few notes and sustaining them over many bars). Shredding refers to a specific way of playing multiple fast notes in sequence, sometimes legato but usually using alternate picking (@30 seconds th-cam.com/video/JslLRgpNhhc/w-d-xo.html). Otherwise you just say, colloquially and hypothetically, “...I forgot how well she can ‘play’ (or ‘vamp’[sic])”

I have to say I was already a fan of Julien and Phoebe, but I've just started listening to Lucy's solo stuff and it rocks. What a trio. They're like The Traveling Wilburys of their generation.

This group as a whole is phenomenal. I loved that little smile Lucy gives when Julien belts out some vocals. I don't know who that is playing the drums, but great textures and laying back without stepping on anyone else (i'm a drummer). I can't get enough of this group, I hope they keep on keepin on.
The drummer is Marshall Vore. He's pretty awesome.

Long story long; I found out my wife was cheating on me November of 2018 and spent a lot of time alone listening to new music that wasn't tied to the past decade... I had a coworker at the time who was a huge fan of all 3 of them and posted his Spotify wrapped about the same time and NPR released their Tiny Des. The same time all of these videos released to my internet AND my IRL algorithm put me on to them. Since then I've seen Phoebe with Conor as BOCC, Phoebers solo and Lucy open for Conor/BE.
I'M FINALLY SEEING THEM ON TUESDAY IN PITTSBURGH.
I've watched so many of their videos and it doesn't matter where they play, whether it's local radio or large venue, they always play emotionally and attack the vocals. Very powerful.
