- Before you call me for something like this ⚠️⚠️ PLEASE READ ⚠️⚠️. I typically don't have units this low below market rent. I'll have something like this maybe once or twice a year … so where can you find something similar on your own??
👉🏽 Smaller apartment communities (4-30 units or so) that are privately owned or managed by a smaller management company!! These places are usually tucked away on side streets. There's typically not a leasing office, though you can usually find a sign with a number to call. My advice is to drive around the location you want to live in and call every place you can find. Be prepared to hear they don't have any availability, though if they do, it'll most likely be a lot lower than the average market rent.
I am a real estate agent that specializes in apartment rentals, and I do leasing for hundreds of apartment communities. NOT these smaller communities 😬, though the typical larger communities you see with over 100 units or so. These larger communities will have pricing more reflective to the current market.
