Both prices are Hella reasonable for what you get. I lived in a luxury bldg in LA and a Studio Apartment was $2500. So these units are priced fair from what I am used to. Your videos are always really informative . Thank you so much

@@thesoulfulscorp yeah that’s a big difference MD has 29% blacks and az is 4-5% blacks. Why did you want to leave? Chicago was about 29% also I left because the weather and all the crime.
@@Dakartattooing honestly we just want change and my fiancé feels a strong calling for us to go there. I know it’ll be a culture shock bc I’m born and raised in MD and used to seeing people like me daily but I’m tired of the crime where we are at esp with 2 young girls.
@@thesoulfulscorp I’d say it’s worth it do Ahwatukee,Tempe,Scottsdale,Chandler, Gilbert. What type of lifestyle yall like. My fiancée and I have 4kids one on the way so chandler and Gilbert is slower but better for family.

@@Dakartattooing loving it.. everything pretty much walking distance from the crib so if I get too turnt while I’m out having fun I don’t have far to go.. everything new.. plus lots more commercial development going on in the area.. Gilbert is expected to be landlocked by 2030 (no more room to build).. overall it beats back home.. only thing I wish it had more of is single black women
Just moved downtown! I’m paying a houses rent (actually more) for a 1bdroom but it’ll do the trick. The floor plans on the high rises are not as nice compared to ATL or TX for the amount you pay. The Stewart and CityScape are the best
Yeah you got the rich taste living downtown but worth it if you’re using the environment around.

Moved to Goodyear last year around this time way too hot back in Cali. I will say Houses are better to rent in Az for privacy and you have attached garages! They actually build new houses to rent 2 and 3 bedrooms for the price you paying for that small unit.naw I'm cool on apartments if you going to be in that heat you need to be right!

Nope AZ prices are not worth it compared to what wages are, had to move to Colorado cuz I ain’t overpaying for a house in the desert. Apartments went from $800 to $1800-$3000 a month and wages stayed the same. I was a building engineer and still could barely stay afloat. I ain’t paying 400K for a house out there so I got one in Colorado it’s actually worth it out here.
