    I have not done a video specifically to knees, but one for joints and we also work on the knees in this video w w w .th-cam.com/video/rJ77A6SR_Bg/w-d-xo.html.
    Besides of that I would do soft rebounding - health bounce on a high quality rebounder, preferably a bungee based rebounder (which is more gentle yet more efficient than a spring based rebounder). I hope this gives you some ideas what you can do. Best, Sylvia
