    I have overdone it , I’m 64, started rebounding last week and now my back is awful. I’m having a break but will use rebounder for walking. Thank you 😊

      Hi there! This actually happens a lot. People start with too much. Did you watch the form tutorial first? Good form is critical to keeping your back and joints happy.

      Thank-you for this video. Because you are still bouncing a little will you get the same health benefit for the lymph system, varicose veins etc with just that minimal bounce?

    In regards to the low impact moves you showed, is there more benefit to doing these moves on a rebounder vs. standing on the floor?

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      The rebounder absorbs about 50% of the impact to your joints compared to doing these types of moves on the ground.

      Definitely consult a physician. It's going to be unique to each individual and their injuries.

    What’s the yoga video that helped you?????

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh gosh, it's been so long ago! It was a DVD we had as part of another workout series. It was a pretty tough yoga class. As a yoga instructor, I would advise looking for something gentle to start.

    Will this 'tamer' workout still help with lymphatic drainage? 😮

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Your feet do not have to leave the mat in order to receive the lymphatic health benefits.

      Yes, I've been there. Injured my back 8 years ago. Thankfully a combination of rebounding and yoga has really helped.
