Thanks for working out with Earth & Owl! 🌎❤️
I have overdone it , I’m 64, started rebounding last week and now my back is awful. I’m having a break but will use rebounder for walking. Thank you 😊
Hi there! This actually happens a lot. People start with too much. Did you watch the form tutorial first? Good form is critical to keeping your back and joints happy.
Thank-you for this video. Because you are still bouncing a little will you get the same health benefit for the lymph system, varicose veins etc with just that minimal bounce?
Same thing happened to me.
YOu're awesome Nikki, a consummate professional offering valuable service and health and wisdom.
Thank you! Greatly appreciate your kind words!
In regards to the low impact moves you showed, is there more benefit to doing these moves on a rebounder vs. standing on the floor?
The rebounder absorbs about 50% of the impact to your joints compared to doing these types of moves on the ground.
Thank you. So helpful. Much appreciated and well done.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
Awesome Nicki thanks ❤
Thanks for watching!
Thank you😇😇
My pleasure!
Is this safe to do with osteoporosis?
There are people who rebound with osteoporosis, but it's important to consult your health care professional first.
What are your thoughts on those that have had neck injuries using a rebounder?
Definitely consult a physician. It's going to be unique to each individual and their injuries.
Will these low impact help the Lymphatic system?
Absolutely! It's one of the main benefits of rebounding.
What’s the yoga video that helped you?????
Oh gosh, it's been so long ago! It was a DVD we had as part of another workout series. It was a pretty tough yoga class. As a yoga instructor, I would advise looking for something gentle to start.
Will this 'tamer' workout still help with lymphatic drainage? 😮
Your feet do not have to leave the mat in order to receive the lymphatic health benefits.
@@EarthOwl Excellent!
How about rebounding forPOTS
Thanks for asking! Let me get back to you. I think I'm going to be working with someone with POTS very soon, so I may have more answers in the next few months.
Is it safe for me to rebound with degenerative disc disease?
You'll want to check with your physician.
You wonder if you will ever be normal again after you have hurt your back.
Yes, I've been there. Injured my back 8 years ago. Thankfully a combination of rebounding and yoga has really helped.
I'm a to much to soon person.
You're not alone there!
Me too!
What is the need of rebounder? You can do this on normal floor..
A rebounder absorbs 50%+ of the impact to your joints versus a floor workout.
@@EarthOwl those who have problems with excercise should just do health bounce.. you should promote that.. it has enormous benefits
@@javaxp1 I have MANY health bounce videos. I have one devoted specifically to chronic illness. Perhaps view my channel.
I was a little over eager with a 20 minute workout today. It was fun, but now I’m feeling it and my low back. I was glad to find this video. Thanks for sharing this
