Just started consistently rebounding at age 55. Morning routine =Jump a bit to music, sip coffee. Repeat. Wakes my brain/body up and fully alert for the day!
I recently bought the 55" Acon Fit (hexagonal w bungees) with support bar, it is great, I'm very happy with it. I live in France where there is no tradition of rebounding, and I had to get my rebounder from Finland (not cheap!), but I(m thrilled with how I feel after the first few days. Age 74, lots of arthritis and some dizziness. I am following 'Earth and Owl' beginning routines on YT. Seems like a lovely community of people who rebound...Keep it up, whoever you are!
I just started using my bellicon, 4 days in a row, 2 days off then back on this past week. I am doing it to get a workout so I've been doing fairly intense 20 min sessions. I was noticing how awake and fast my brain was after about 4 days, and how quick my mind-body coordination became. That was very cool, and now I understand why? Feels like the clock is really turning backward!
Loved your video! I bought a bellicon a month and a half ago. I'm 64yrs old and quite sedentary, so wanted to do some cardio as I kept feeling tired very quickly after very moderate work. SO glad to know about the extra brain benefits!! My mom at 86yrs gets on the rebounder more often than me. She says the pain in her back has almost disappeared!!! Will be glad to watch your other videos. Thanx for being simple and clear in your talk. God bless.
I bought a Leaps & Rebounds brand rebounder a few weeks ago and it is hands down the most fun workout I've ever done. I love it and have definitely felt a huge difference since I started, but I didn't realize just how many benefits there are until I watched this. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video! I bought a rebounder after I had thyroid cancer and had 61 lymph nodes removed from the right side of my neck and chin area. It was a really important tool for me to continue to get lymph moving (once I had healed of course). Fast forward several years to me suffering from post-concussion syndrome. I had started doing neurological physiotherapy to help my vestibular processing, but with the pandemic and money issues I wasn't able to continue with it. But then I thought about whether my rebounder might be useful. I started out doing just the health bounce while holding on to the handle of my fridge. Lol. I didn't know what would happen. I was worried it would increase the constant pressure I felt in my head, but it didn't. So I continued. I try to do about 10 minutes every day. I am SO happy to find this video. I just needed some reassurance that it was a good thing to do because it does seem to be helping. :)
I’m 66 years old. I’ve been using my rebounder for a year. Initially I would have aches and pains in my legs after using it, but continued anyway by lessening the time and working my way up. Feels much better now. I’ve had that euphoric feeling when I did a little work out one day on the rebounder. I noticed my balance improving. I have the bar and use it as a precaution sometimes. It’s good to have. I highly recommend rebounding.
This is day one of having the mini trampoline. I got it because of the benefits I hear it has for the lymphatic system which is said to help kill cancer and because I want to loose a little belly fat and tone and hopefully avoid any injury. I am going to get my kids on it to help with mood, get them moving and I'm thinking it may help with my son's scalp psoriasis. If it helps to detox the body and reduce inflammation I don't see why it wouldn't work! Thank you for your video and sharing the benefits you found because of the mini trampoline. Blessings!
I absolutely love my leaps and rebounds rebounder and now wish I had ordered the handle with my initial purchase, as buying it separately is quite expensive. The quality of the materials is outstanding. It would be helpful if the product description clarified that the handle is sold separately. Additionally, the instructions could be clearer about the orientation of the longest pole for proper use of the handle adjustment knob on the outside of the bar. Overall, it’s a fantastic product!
I'll be 80 in July and have used a bellicon since 2014. I went from a 44" to a 49" in 2021 so that I could lay/sit for additional exercise. After an inner ear virus in 2011 I saw how I benefited from a mini trampoline while in PT...
@@JonasAnandaKristiansson yes spring based rebounders all make that noise you are talking about. I bought an Acon bungie 55' rebounder and it's dead quite and super fun and comfortable to use.
Do you know if Neuro (cerebral dysplasia, cyst and DVM) or spinal bump (told not concerning) concerns can be helped with rebounding? May sound silly but to us really curious if theres any health benefits. Ped neuro says try what ever and see if it bothers then stop.
I can almost rebound for 10min with my eyes closed. It improved my balance. But I am not recommending anyone to close their eyes when rebounding to avoid accidents...
I have very flat feet, so I bought the Bellicon with the Strong bungees so that I don't sink as deep into the mat since the stronger the bungees, the less you sink into the mat when bouncing.
My friend has just started rebounding for the health benefits. But he finds after a couple mins. of just during the health bounce he gets a pain going up the side of his neck. This only happens on the trampoline. Any idea what would cause this?
You have to land right using the heel, and toes left & right side like a tripod, and not let your arch’s collapse ( called pronation) this causes a lot of structural issues in other places of the body.
Tell me more plz! Still haven't decided. Will be 1250 USD total for the cellerciser to Sweden.. Bellican maybe 7-900 or so. Cellercise so expensive due to shipping and taxes :D

fantastic , I would loooove one but lack space in my rented accomodation and lack private out door space

amazing 😃 thanks for sharing , so inspiring
I learned more great reasons to rebound from you! I have had one for many years...I get on daily. Love it!
Can stroke patients use them (with a handlebar)
Jumping and Bouncing is always fun.
You are awesome! Thanks for sharing all the wonderful information.
Nice smile, it made me smile.
I have a cellerciser I love it!!
Also you are very informative great info thank you
does it make a squeeky noise? :D
I've had my Cellerciser for 5 years and wouldn't be without it, at 74. If I had room in my house I have a Bellicon too.

if you're planning on starting rebounding you should purchase a Leaps & Rebounds trampoline.
why?
@@Lightonahill25 it's cheap and is very high quality I also have one it's great
I need this my son is so hyper😍😍
What size do you usually use? Thank you.
i have a Bellicon, i use the strong bungees
Acon has a 44" round and a 55" hexigon, which I love because there's so much room.

Only 20 minutes a day. That’s all is needed.
Great informative video. Added to my favs! Thank you.
low low volume bearly can here
Which kind do you recommend?
Cellercizer
Bellicon
What trampolines do you use?
We use Bellicon trampolines.
THIS DID NOT SAYMUCH ABOUT THE BRAIN GROWTH AS IHOPED
What I do not like about bungee ones is the protonation
which is hard on the ankles and knees.
on bellicon too?
