To be honest, We are in NG+3 and I took the handy gnat and flew a tellypotty to the top of the wall and then teleported there. We were looking for molars and raw science. I got to the area in question and jumped down. We realized we could build there.
We also tested multiple times on all the flying bugs. At most they fly around the bricks and after a few minutes raids were done.

You can build a hidden base in the hedge and oak tree as well the is much easier to build and never get raided and if you build it in the oak tree you can zip line in and out with ease

Put a chair half way in and sit on it ,when you stand up you are inside the wall

I stopped playing and making 7D2D videos when A20 was released. When Grounded was released I was HOOKED! When you do start playing Grounded I really hope you are going to love it. it is a GREAT game.
