Chapman's Peak is a mountain on the western side of the Cape Peninsula, between Hout Bay and Noordhoek in Cape Town, South Africa. The western flank of the mountain falls sharply for hundreds of metres into the Atlantic Ocean, and a road, known as Chapman's Peak Drive, hugs the near-vertical face of the mountain, linking Hout Bay to Noordhoek. Tourists and locals often stop at viewpoints along this road, which offer views of Hout Bay, The Sentinel Peak and surrounds, as well as over Noordhoek Beach.
Chapman's Peak Drive is part of the route of two of South Africa's biggest mass-participation races, the Cape Argus Cycle Race and the Two Oceans Marathon.

I disagree. I love driving roads like this. I get to enjoy the challenge of the drive and the view each complementing the other. Fortunately I have lots of roads like this near by. Even better, on bike.

To different, South Africa has 9 provinces which are all unique and different especially with scenery and climate

I agree with you. I am South African and every time I visit Australia it gives me this odd, good feeling like I am in South Africa. The last time I was driving around Fairfield, Sydney and I almost forgot that I am in a different country as the face brick houses resembled those in South Africa. Also I am based in the USA and some Americans mistake the South African accent for an Aussie one.
Agreed. I got the same feeling when I visited Australia as a South African. I'll admit that that's just about the only country I'd be able to adjust to very quickly if I were to move because of said similarities. Enjoyed Sydney and Melbourne. New Zealand could be comparable too, I liked it there when I went.
