For #2, the abnormal zombies could be extra zombies from Thriller Bark. They were made by Hogback beforehand, but just lack the shadows. They don't have to start making the corpses AFTER they acquire the shadows, that just takes too long, and the shadows might get stolen back.

Everybody has been ranking the Star Wars movies lately, so I guess I can do that for One Piece: 1st: Dressrosa 2nd: Summit War 3rd: Whole Cake Island (So Far) 4th: Fish-man Island 5th: Water 7 6th: East Blue 7Th: Alabasta 8th: Punk Hazard 9th: Sky Island 10th: Zou (well there is such a thing as too much flashbacks) 11th: Thriller Bark (loved the characters, but the themes were not my taste)

Another ironic similarity between Zoro and Ryuma just came up while watching this. - Ryuma was looking to fight the greatest swordsman in the world known as "King", but doesn't know that Ryuma himself was one people calling "King". + Zoro was going to be the greatest swordsman in the world, but doesn't know that he fought and defeated the greatest swordsman in the world (or at least his body).
Dig something about hawkeye mihawk or shanks that would be nice :D also this was maybe the best facts you've done in a while that last fact was suuuuuupeeer (franky voice) :D
i could imagine Gin Ichimaru becomes ur new crew member lol, how ironic and hillarious would that be. or even better, have batman to be ur crew member to piss Bane off lol. but if ur gonna go random or go for a fav character of urs, then by all means, go for someone hilarious
Honestly the only way I can see Point 2 making any sense at all would be that the Marines weren't in direct sunlight(only direct sunlight kills, even cloudy weather or shadows by other objects seem to be ok) and that Moria buried some previously modified corpses in advance. After all a modified corpse is likely better than a fresh one and the marine clothing would have helped to signal the marines that these zombies are on their side. Burying the corpses also allowed Moria to wait until the sky darkened a bit to release them. However I think at this point I might be stretching this a bit and the more likely answer is probably that Oda just made a mistake with that scene, especially since Moria even points out how he can make new zombies now in that scene.
One thing, i dont think, that zoro has really fought the former “king“ because as you already stated at the beginning of the video body+soul =zombie strenght , so we have the maybe damaged body of ryuma, but with the shadow of brook, that was everything but a “king“ level swordsman at that time, so even when zoro has beaten ryuma, he hasnt really fought the former “king“

If you watch/rewatch the Thriller Bark arc, you'll see in a few episodes that the zombies behave like the shadow that's in control. Lola's shadow possesses a zombie - It wants to marry everyone. Zoro's and Sanji's shadow possess one zombie each - They constantly argue.
Couldn't the zombies for the one battle have been "planted" by Moria, like, half pre-made zombies, then he would grab the shadows during the battle and then put them in the zombies?

To add a little more to the zoro/ryuma fight, zoro defeated him with some dragon technique that was pretty symbolic
