    It's great to see people pushing these cars and having fun with them. The car is a track focused car and I would like to see what the benefits are with input temps during a track day. I'm not interested in straight line drag times in a track focused car. I would buy a GT 350 if I wanted to go fast in a straight line. BTW, for all you Honda bootlickers who hate on Hyundai: Honda is 15th in reliability these days and Hyundai is 10th, so those days of Hyundai being a cheap brand are over. These brands are all comperable and the way you maintain the vehicle is how it's gonna treat you unless something crazy happens.

    A coworker of mine has an Audi S4, I want to say it's a 2014, with a stage 1 tune from APR for the ECU and TCU (~433hp, 364tq).
    My Elantra is stock and i know I'd get walked, but seeing how easy it is to get more power out of this car, I might have dig a little bit.

    Do you need water meth injection to get to 400 or with a bigger turbo on pump gas with the new high pressure fuel pump can you get to 400 as well

      Only fuel volume, not fuel quality. WMI allows the tune to make a lot more cylinder pressure without detonation. The HPFP alone only allow for more boost before fuel cut over the 2GTE0 or stock HPFP. It will not decrease the tendency to knock under load.

      the lower motor mount or bushings for the motor mount is a must. If you get a tune, don't get the pop and bang upgrade if you are concerned about engine longevity. Intakes are pointless on these cars since they got it right OEM unless you just want cool sounds. The inlet may give better rthrottle response.

    Does each higher stage mean that there’s a higher chance of reliability being lower?

    • @ndriverkg104
      @ndriverkg104  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depends reliability is dependent on if tune has safeties on because you can be running much cooler than stage 2 in stage 3 with wmi and have better afr and engine doesn't work as hard

    People need to stop with the “stage” labels.. so cringey… started in the Subaru days because of Cobb and their OTS maps labeled as “stage 1, 2, 3”.. everyone has a different set of parts on their cars.. is yours stage 3.1 because you added a better fuel pump? Or 3.2 with a better clutch? lol.. just install your parts and get your cars dyno tuned, then enjoy it! Nice car man!
