The dip thing is a bummer I noticed it immediately in the add. The overhead press you can just do sitting down. One other negative thing I personally noticed is the location of the plate racks. They are right up against the wall. That’s a pain in the ass. The reason in interested in this unit is the dual cable system and the price.
My biggest complaint about their stuff is that the bumpers deviate a good amount, even their 55 lb competition bumpers (one of them is 57.6 lbs). Yeah all weights usually have a tolerance limit +/- 2 lbs, but the only ones that were actually the weight they were supposed to be were the 10’s. They’re all a little bit heavier than what they’re supposed to be, and it was throwing me off why 315 back squats felt harder with my garage setup than at my gym which has calibrated bumpers from hammer strength. Turns out the weight came out to like 323 ish in my case. Don’t get it twisted, I still get great workouts with it when I can’t make it to the gym, and the cable attachments are awesome. The barbell is solid too. My wife and I got the F22 with the 340 lb bumper set. All in all, I’d recommend getting the F22 or B52 and the max weight sets, but I will be getting plates and bumpers from someplace else in the future as well as American made cable attachments that are made of steel instead of aluminum.
For the dips attachments. Can you just use the right attachment on the left and the left attachment on the right moving you forward and your head clearing the top bar?
I live in a tiny apartment in Taiwan, so unless I hit the lottery and move into a much larger place, it’s not likely that I’ll buy one. However, there are several racks like this-maybe different brands-in my gyms, so this was a nice intro. Can you demonstrate some workouts with this item? Thanks!
Yes. I would also like to hear some thoughts comparing B2 to B52. What I liked about the B2 is that it is wider which would be beneficial for pulley exercises
I’m looking for a new multi purpose bench. Looking at the manger fitness it on sale for 219 and looks like a nice bench which one would you recommend for a home gym at a reasonable price
I have the non smith machine version. Upgrading to the B2. It’s worth it if you don’t want to pay for top tier top brand. It has been so much better than driving to the gym and all that in between

I think for your two cons; you could do a seated press for full ROM and for your dips, you could face away from the rack to avoid hitting your head
You wasted about 5 minutes of talking about nothing. Just get to the point please. Thanks

Very sturdy. Very smooth. Very demure.
😂
Demure??
You can do a seated overhead perhaps .
Heck Yah. I just purchased this rack with your link. Can't wait to see it. Way less expensive than Rogue. Appreciate your videos and am a big fan!
How do you like it so far?
@ love it. It’s a little short for pull-ups but other wise a great buy
Thx. I’m about ready to purchase something and I think you’ve convinced me.

Is the only difference between the F22 and the B52 the smith machine add on?
Bros garage is stacked.
If you face the other direction on your dips you won't hit your head. Also, you can do seated overhead press but not standing obviously

So which one do you prefer, the B2 or the B52? They’re offering a discount on the B2 but I like how this one looks.
Does it come with a straight barbell?

Do you lubricate the poles?
Did you have to bolt it to the back wall ?
Ouch 🤣 dips don't seem to be an issue if your aware of it though

The machine looks great. How much is it. Doe it nave A land mind art.
Those 2 things aren't negatives.
Do NOT join the military.
Don't die for america's "greatest ally"
Smith can only support 330
Looked at price... too rich for my blood.
Yeah, it's a hefty investment. If financing is an option I would consider it later on the line.

Man that dosent look fun to assemble
Nice pitch but no.... when you said would drop the bar on smith confidently, I knew you were trying to sell.
Cringy review. Actually more of an infomercial if you ask me
It was a good review not sure why you would say that.
