Hey guys! Great first podcast. I have visited Tulum, Akumal, and Cancun. I am from the US, but have the ability to work remote as a Software Engineering Manager. Here are some topics I would love to hear you talk about:
- How can younger people get in the game when most real estate deals seem to be cash only? (Anything equivalent to US where you could purchase with a 20%ish downpayment)
- How do schools compare to US / Canada for kids?
- What is the ideal car to own in Mexico?
- With the water crisis in Mexico City and weak infrastructure in Tulum what special considerations should we take when living there?
- How important is it to be water front and how realistic is that with the hotel zones?
