Here's what I have to know: Can I just buy a property, and expect to be able to generate income via rent? Can't I just pay off the 30 year loan with the rentor's money and pocket a bit of that and not worry about it anymore so long as it all goes well (Taking all the necessities of property running into account of course) I literally just buy all 100 of the properties in other words, and let the rentors pay for them.
In Australia nothing is CF positive tbh when the avg appartment is 900k to 1.2M houses are more lile 2M unless you live on the outskirts of Sydney. So what is you advice?
@@stevefairley2535sure but these are country towns. I too have investments in Morwell and Stawell. They don’t have capital growth like major cities hence cashflow positive
I'm hoping there will be a housing crisis so I can .buy cheaply when I sell a few houses in 2025. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What advice do you have for choosing the best buying time? On the one hand, I continue to read and see trading earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?
You're not doing anything wrong; you simply lack the expertise necessary to make money in a bad market. In these difficult circumstances, only really skilled experts who were forced to witness the 2008 financial crisis could expect to generate a large wage.
Recently, I've been considering the possibility of speaking with consultants. I need guidance because I'm an adult, but I'm not sure if their services would be all that helpful.
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I appreciate this. After entering her full name into my search bar, her professional web page surfaced as the top result. Her impressive qualifications undoubtedly speak volumes about her expertise
Thank you for the content!! All we need is the right advice on how to invest in crypto and we will be set for life, I made over a million dollars from trading this year regardless of the market conditions😊
I've been investing in Bitcoin by myself. I'm not really happy with what's going on, just few weeks ago I lost about $7,000 in a particular trade. Can you help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

I have been a blue collar worker my entire life. I am 48 and I retired early to invest in Real Estate. Sad to say but I make more money than all my friends. How do I find investors when all my friends make less than I do?
I've always asked myself, why make money if you are gonna reinvest it right away. Robert is so afraid of paying taxes that as soon as he makes money he reinvests it. When can he spend it? And if he does, I assume the money spent was taxed at one point. What am I missing? 🤔

My heart hurts about what is happening to your nation. I have it on good authority that this proxy war is about destruction of your historical artefacts. But they want you rich enough to give them money when you do Hajj and pay your Zakat.

That video was so awkward to watch...that guy obviously didn't know enough to have a good quality dialog with you. It was painful to watch.

@@ceduction7635 oh for sure it is. The whole fiat system is a Ponzi scheme, especially when all the western world does for the most part is consume and assemble globally sourced parts and put a sticker that says “made in USA”. However it’s much more sound financial advise to organically generate the funds for an investment than to get it loaned. The debtor is slave to the lender.

Investing in real estate and stocks might be a wise choice, particularly if you have a sound trading plan that can get you through profitable days.

Real estate is a solid investment but demands effort and lacks liquidity compared to stocks and bonds. Long-term market trends should guide decisions.
Sell and invest option is viable, but crucial to consult a trustworthy cfp for income projections aligned with your goals...
