What a wonderful treat to be working with such special yarn which I confess I’ve never heard of! Enjoy the process and will look forward to seeing how the cardigan grows in the future x

Thank you lovely friend. I’m always happy to share my outdoor adventures as well as my knitting. And I’m glad to know that you enjoy it all. Hope you have a great day xx
I’ve completed 6 of the 12, still on the needles Pagan Sweater, Albion Sweater, Moon Set Tee, London Memories Socks, Herding Cats Socks and Travel Mode Baby Blanket. Enjoying your videos and your enthusiasm.
Oh wow you have made some great progress and have some amazing projects still on the needles to enjoy Neda. Thank you so very much for joining in the cast on fun and for sharing your projects with us 🥰🧡😃
I really need to get around to taking photos of all of my cast ons for the 12 cast ons, I believe I may have cast on more than 12 this year. thank you for these lovely videos again!
Hi Ange! I’m sitting here knitting on my Brioche cowl as you mentioned it! I have all of my projects in the works. 12! Plus the UFOs. I think the grand total is 20. Now I must work out a plan to finish them all. Happy crafting.
Ooh that was a really fun coincidence 😃 I haven’t finished logging my new cast ons to Ravelry yet I think it’s partly an avoidance tactic so I don’t have to face how many wips I now have 🤣🤣
Hi Angela, I discovered your channel last year via Martyn @knit365 podcast. I am really enjoying your podcast and thought I'd join in with the 12 cast ons. Although not quite got to 12 😊 I've cast on and finished 3 vanilla socks then cast on 2 vanilla socks, 1 Swiss dot shortie sock, a litmus cowl, the Lenu sweater and a honeycomb blanket. Look forward to following your progress through 2024. Gill x
Thank you so much for joining the cast on party Gill. I’m so happy to know that you have been enjoying the videos. Thank you for sharing your new projects with us 🧡😃🥰
I've cast on my first new pair of socks since June last year, they'll be a gift for my friend with grinchmas yarn from Nicole C Mendez. I've done a couple of little sample spins and have started a 200g spin 😊
I finished the Musselburgh hat and and was able to cast on a pressed flowers cowl with some deep stash on Jan 31. Just sneaking that one in at the last minute 🎉
Woohoo so happy you were able to sneak in another cast in Joan. The pressed flowers patterns are so lovely and well done for using some deep stash too that’s always so satisfying 😃🧡
Hey. After I told you that I focus on a, wedding shawl now, i redecided. Instead of going to the wedding i will fly to tibet next week. So i had to cast on a sweater. Floof by skeindeer. I don't think I will finish it in time for the trip. It will be cold there. Have a lovely day
I’m so behind on your videos ! Just in case it helps, fisherman’s rib is the same as brioche so you could substitute that if you prefer not to move the yarns backwards and forwards. I find that fisherman’s rib hurts my hands but brioche doesn’t so I prefer to use that. 🧡🧡
Hello! Thank you for another fab video! I'm loving watching the 12 cast ons and seeing what everyone is making!
You are so welcome I’m so glad you have been enjoying the videos
It certainly has been tons of fun
I LOVE the 12 cast ons!!! And this year’s even better spread out over the weeks … thanks Angela x❤
Thank you Carol 🥰🧡😃 I’ve been enjoying the slightly slower pace of the cast ons this year too
What a wonderful treat to be working with such special yarn which I confess I’ve never heard of! Enjoy the process and will look forward to seeing how the cardigan grows in the future x
Thank you so much, I’m so very grateful to have the opportunity to work with this lovely yarn. I’m looking forward to getting back to this project 😃🥰🧡

I feel that unspun yarn is magic and goes on and on. I think you'll have leftover nutiden yarn...

That is brilliant. I’m happy to hear that you have been able to start picking up your needles again 🥰
I wasn't able to CO all the 12 projects, but I definitely have the "bug" and I'll do it next year ;) thank you & all the best!
Thank you so much 🥰🧡 Will be so happy to have you join the party next time

Ooh just catching up after replying to your previous comment. Hope you enjoy your trip to Tibet you are visiting some amazing places 🧡😃🥰

Thanks for the tip 🥰🧡😃 Hope all is well with you 🤞😘
Your Last Long cardigan is going to be amazing! Incidentally, you say Ailbiona Albeena. It's another confusing Irish name... 😂
Ooh thank you for letting me know about the pronunciation Mairead. I’ll remember for future mentions 🥰🧡
