I love that you donate your excess. The hospital near me takes unopened makeup because the give it to cancer patients going through chemo. They give a class on makeup and give makeup to the participants.
I so appreciate that you donate so much. Doing my makeup and skin care routine has been a comforting constant in my life even when things are rough and I like to think these donations provide that same comfort to someone in need of it.
Thank you for showing us this side of PR ❤ I've gotten donated makeup and skincare through a local women's 'closet' (free professional clothes and accessories for court, jobs etc). It really does make a difference ❤ thank you
That tarte blush is definitely a shade that’s up your ally. I found in mine (a sample size so maybe there’s manufacturing differences) that at first it was hard to get product on my brush. I ended up using a dry sponge to basically scrape the product off to apply it. Now it seems like I’ve broken through a top layer and the brush works as I would normally expect.
Great tip. I always use cold water first on my makeup brushes and beauty blenders to lift out any stains and then I go in with warmer water on second wash.
Great video! FYI unopened skin care is shelf-stable anywhere from 2 to 3 years or more. Formulas don't typically degrade until the bottle is opened. So you may want to hang on to favorites and keep backups as long as they're not opened.
I was doing a self care day today and hearing you talk about how skincare goes bad easily made me take a second look at my lotions and moisturizer, safe to say I have gotten rid of some very old lotions that looked different in color and I ordered a new moisturizer
I use a silicone cleansing mat from the supermarket plus my elf silicone cleansing pad. As far as cleanser, I just swirl the brushes around on a bar of French milled soap. They’re inexpensive and they last a really long time.
Also, the ulta candles are sooo nice. I agree that they are not over powering and just over all pleasant! I burn candles year round so theyre a good buy for me.
I love that your sharpener collects the shavings! No more sharpening above an open garbage can. Nothing better than a freshly sharpened eye pencil 😊 And nothing worse than a lip pencil so worn down or unevenly sharpened that the wood scrapes your lips 😬
Great video as always. I think it is so very kind that you donate the makeup. Some never do that and it is so great to see kindness. I have mature skin but I still like powder products more than cream!
I keep a little laundry safe bag hooked on my bathroom door handle and out all my dirty poofs and reusable rounds in it. When I do a dark load of laundry I just throw the bag in the bucket and wash them like regular laundry. Never had an issue at all
Another declutter video from Kelly? I am so in! Thank you for keeping me company ❤ i love your more rational approach to make up. Have a great day, Kelly!
speaking of rimmel, would love to see a video of you testing out some of their products as i have been completely out of the loop with them considering they weren't cruelty free
If anyone is interested, good widely available and cruelty-free alternatives to Dawn are the Mrs. Meyers and Seventh Generation dish soaps! I also love using bar soaps that come in paper packaging to reduce plastic :)
I love putting your video in the background or watching you while doing house chores (like folding laundry, washing dishes, etc.) 😊it’s like doing these things with a friend and talking to someone 😅
Random question because I'm curious as a fellow cruelty-free girl. Is there some way you make sure you only receive cruelty-free stuff in PR? Also, I put my little velour powder puffs in the delicates bag with my bras in the washing machine and it has worked well! I do take them out after and just set them on the counter to air dry.
I love the Tarte Blush in Exposed. I love that they take forever to use up too! I don't think I'll ever buy a full sized tarte blush. I need another mini of Paarty. I used it up and I actually miss it.
Kelly, I recently discovered the perfect way to clean my sponges and velour puffs. I took a metal bowl I never used from my kitchen. I make a soapy mix. Use any soap, heap shampoo, hand lap anything soapy. Then I put my sponge and puffs I squeeze them to make sure thy are nice and soapy, then I do the main step. I leave them in the soapy water for several hours. Then I take them and and squeeze several times and rinse. If they are really dirty you may have to wash again. You can decide what you need.
This reminds me that I am using my last set of clean makeup brushes and it's time to clean the other 3 that I have in a travel bag 😅 As someone with acne prone skin I wash my sponges every day with hand soap and I throw them in the washing machine once a week (inside a delicates bag). I smiled when you kept the Amazonian blush, I have 3 shades that I use over my other blushes. They're buildable and long lasting. Love your videos!
Omg unrelated but I just thought of the brand Stila??? For your rise and fall series???? As someone who’s worked at ulta forever I have never understood them. They have some fantastic holy grail products but then everything else they come out with is awful and is only sold for like a month. They’re so weird and wonderful lol
Hi Kelly☺️👋 Like you I have sensitive skin and can get an occasional break out. I've been using Neutrogena Skin Perfecting daily liquid exfoliant for dry sensitive skin and at first it tingled a bit but after two weeks I was able to use it daily. This product definitely helped with cell turn over and I even use retinol in combination, for context I have mild to moderate rosacea and it has not disturbed my skin. I now complain that every foundation just looks good no matter the brand and I'm 49 turning 50 mid November.
I disinfect my sink then wash brushes by hand using a similar silicone mat. I’ll never wash brushes in the laundry. The handles and metal area would stay wet way too long and I’d worry about mold inside. Any plain bar of soap works. Liquid cleansers are okay but I go through them so fast. The detergents are almost all the same. No sense in washing your money down the drain. It’s more important to wash them often with whatever bar of soap you have on hand than worry about having a special brush soap. Convenience and simplicity makes it more likely you’re not using dirty brushes. I also got a small battery powered brush spinning drying machine on Amazon which helps get the moisture out and speed up drying in the colder months
You should really try that Jones Road cool taupe eye-shadow. My sister recently gave me hers and it's such a beautiful one and done shade. A nice mink tone taupe., not dark at all. You did so well getting rid of all those goodies! But I guess with your job, you get so much and know you can't use it all, so other lucky people will get to use it. I like these types of videos. 🎃🎃😻
I’m interested in what you think about the Fenty liquid lipsticks. I’ve wanted to like liquid lipstick in general, but it seems to peel my lips. :( I definitely would be interested in another dupe video. Speaking of dupes, I just bought the milani lipstick in secret as well as pleasure! I’m excited to try them! ❤
Something I do with those makeup remover pads or cloths (that are supposed to work with just water) is to put a makeup remover balm or oil on my face first and then use them. Gets everything off, and then I use a regular cleanser to just wash my face. Works so well!
Oh also, do you like the keys soulcare foundation? I'm thinking of trying it but I cannot find any reviews from the people I watch here on TH-cam. (sorry for all the comments. I comment as I watch the video. It makes the vidoes seem more conversational and personal. lol)
sista…help me out. That nail color you are wearing is not on the rudi nails site. Can you tell me whats the closest nail polish color that would be…. pleeeeaseeeee
My mom gave me a Tarte mini pallette she didn't want, I considered getting rid of it but maybe it's worth a shot now that you're telling me they're good. It's funny I got my mom into Tarte years ago and now I'm over it and she's super into it lol.
I think the tooth fairy will look good on you however, maybe see reviews to see if you need them. I love these kinds of videos, esp a great reminder for me to wash my brushes
I’ll pay for shipping for the drunk elephant , the tarte palette, and glow recipe stuff, I am so broke right now :( this was such a fun video regardless!
I love that you donate your excess. The hospital near me takes unopened makeup because the give it to cancer patients going through chemo. They give a class on makeup and give makeup to the participants.
Please make these makeup chores videos a regular thing! I really enjoy them!
I so appreciate that you donate so much. Doing my makeup and skin care routine has been a comforting constant in my life even when things are rough and I like to think these donations provide that same comfort to someone in need of it.
These makeup chore videos have quickly become my favorite videos.
Mine too! Thank you for watching!
@@KellyGooch using oil and then soap on sponges has been a GAMECHANGER for me, maybe I'm speaking to the choir, but its awesome.
Thank you for showing us this side of PR ❤ I've gotten donated makeup and skincare through a local women's 'closet' (free professional clothes and accessories for court, jobs etc). It really does make a difference ❤ thank you
Thank you. For being realistic with your pr. Passing it along will bring lots of good to those who receive it. Blessings to you and your kitty.
I use the Shop Miss A Paw Paw brush and sponge soaps in the tins (SO cheap!). They cleanse better than anything I've ever tried and smell so so good.
Great tip you gave me, have little baskets to hand, one for full coverage foundations, another basket for light/medium coverage etc...
That declutter was savage… I love it ❤
Thanks for posting. Life has been painful for me, but this gave me 48 minutes of comfort. Thank you.
I’m so sorry for your pain. I hope things are better soon. I understand how a distraction even for a short moment can help.
Tmr is another day, another chance to be the best you, possible 💖
My favorite video from you. So relaxing. Enjoyed thoroughly. Thank you for sharing with us
Great tip. I always use cold water first on my makeup brushes and beauty blenders to lift out any stains and then I go in with warmer water on second wash.

I also live in NYC. Would you mind telling me what centers are accepting your products? I have a large set of items I’d like to give.
I was doing a self care day today and hearing you talk about how skincare goes bad easily made me take a second look at my lotions and moisturizer, safe to say I have gotten rid of some very old lotions that looked different in color and I ordered a new moisturizer

I loooove the tarte Amazonian clay blushes… I have three and I want more 😅
My favorite brush & sponge soap is a big ole bar of Zote! Cheap & works amazing plus it smells really good!
I adore the stay matte foundation! It's the only foundation I've actually repurchased. It has such a lovely texture
Yes! Keep tarte exposed blush!
I’m excited to use it!
Putting away my laundry when you started sharpening your liners and reminding me that I have several that need to be sharpened 😂
Those hoops are soooo cute!!!
I always love washing my makeup brushes. It’s just satisfying. Also, I find these videos very helpful. Ooh the Rimmel London is a good keeper.
I love that your sharpener collects the shavings! No more sharpening above an open garbage can.

Your nails are so perfect for Fall❤
Thank you!
I’m using a sharpener from Revlon. It has an adapter that can be pulled out to accommodate fatter pencils.
I keep a little laundry safe bag hooked on my bathroom door handle and out all my dirty poofs and reusable rounds in it. When I do a dark load of laundry I just throw the bag in the bucket and wash them like regular laundry. Never had an issue at all
Cats TOTALLY have perfect time awareness! It's amazing! ❤
Love these reset videos! So inspired to tackle my own stash now.
The catrice browny-black mascara looks gorgeous!
I’m really liking it so far!

My favorite soap for cleaning my brushes and sponges is the Dawn Platinum soap! It is awesome!
Little goes a long way! Works great for cleaning brushes that have cream or liquid products
If anyone is interested, good widely available and cruelty-free alternatives to Dawn are the Mrs. Meyers and Seventh Generation dish soaps! I also love using bar soaps that come in paper packaging to reduce plastic :)

What a fun video and motivating! I just donated two boxes of makeup and skincare and they were so grateful!
Watched while doing housework. Thanks for the company Kelly!

I hate sharpening lipliners, i much prefer the wind up crayon style, no sharpening needed. That was a big declutter!!

My favorite shade!!
@liahoryczun I have Exposed so I keep thinking, do I really need it? And I always go back to YES.
I love these videos

These are the most relaxing videos! 💛
You will love the tower 28 red gloss!!!
I’m so excited to try it!!
I use a bar of dove soap original and found this to be the most effective. I will not use anything else now
Loved this video Kelly and how you don't keep things just for the sake of it ❤
You are going to love the tartlette tubing mascara!

Keep them and give as Christmas gifts
Talking about bite, I have several of their lipsticks and they're one of my favorite formulas. I'd love to find a dupe!
Loved this video! It’s like hanging out with a fellow makeup loving friend. 😀
I would love to see a video on the best brushes and brush sets!
Kelly makes chores fun! time to clean my brushes
These videos are such a weekend vibe ✨

Love these videos! I have to wash my brushes and my sponges this weekend!
I kinda prefer my lip liners to be a little dull also 😂

Speaking of dupes, I just bought the milani lipstick in secret as well as pleasure! I’m excited to try them! ❤
The Milani lipstick in tease is lighter than the packaging. Just take a peek at it before you declutter it
I havent done my makeup in months 😅 but this video makes me wanna revisit my stash
I WISH I had a target anywhere near me! I want to get the fenty minis 😩
They sell the minis online too!

Kelly i was proud of you but tbh i was SCREAMING on the inside watching you declutter all the fenty/glow recipe products hahaha
What primer do you match with the rem foundation?
I don’t always pair it with primer but I like it with the Yummy Skin from Danessa Myricks
Lucky friends!! I want to try that glow recipe Vitamin C and tartelette in bloom. And so much more.
Nyx lip liner (Ever) looked so beautiful on you in a video, so I just went to the shop and bought it for myself too :)
It’s one of my all time favorites!

I do like it! It’s veryyyy glowy and light coverage but it looks incredibly natural
That Rimmel foundation... i hate it, my bff loves it.. its super thick, matte & full coverage i doubt youll love it.
Was not expecting to love the pencil sharpening as much as I did 🤔 haha
Yep, ordered that Kokie eyeliner in Gilded Gold. Influenced lol
It’s so beautiful!
@@KellyGoochIt is! I'm loving it.

I don’t have any polish on- just the press ons! The style is called “Chocolate Glaze” from the Rudi x Quickies collab :)
I was coming to the comments to confirm it was chocolate glaze. I am on the site now … influenced for sure ❤
looove this
How does one go about getting pr?
What sweater are you wearing?
I really want one of the milani lip oil sooo bad 😢
THANK YOU

TnQ so much
I use the cinema secrets cleaner on my brushes that I use for cream products. Otherwise, they would never be truly clean.
"I can see the floor!" 😅
It's funny bc lately I am seeing so many ads for hair products that claim to repair weak hair bonds. who knows if they do, but somehow I'm skeptical 🧐
I think the tooth fairy will look good on you however, maybe see reviews to see if you need them. I love these kinds of videos, esp a great reminder for me to wash my brushes
WOW thats an overwhelming amount of PR T.T
I am 99% sure we have the same birthday and are same age 11/5/93) so happy early birthday!!!
EVERY TIME I sharpen an eyeliner or lip liner it breaks. EVERY TIME.
❤❤❤❤❤
I’ll pay for shipping for the drunk elephant , the tarte palette, and glow recipe stuff, I am so broke right now :( this was such a fun video regardless!
Lol I was coveting after the drunk elephant too. 😂❤
💜💚💙
Girl, I’ll pay for shipping send that stuff to me 😂
She's giving it to charity
