Does a trigger point injection have the same effect on personal injury case as epidural injection? Like does it increase the settlement amount ?
No in my expertise trigger point doesn’t really increase the settlement too much. Epidural is more of a pain management surgery so that does increase settlements
I’m live California in Huntington Beach. I work for 25 years in the auto body shop. I have injury from 2011 to 2013 and extension 2016 to 2024 the injury get worse after 2013 settlement. I opened the case 2016 and these days, I’m fighting for my medical improvements. Not really coming to my body compensation. Continue play games but my lawyer waiting for Social Security site aside money to approve and then she say she’s gonna kick us the insurance company waiting for me . Spinal spinal serious injury. I have injections physical therapy acupuncture optic medication‘s regular medication‘s ibuprofens tubes hot showers everything I can. QME California doctor he already put in the last word is no more health help. I am permanent disabled person. I am in the Social Security disability, I pass her to surgeon doctors therapist neurologist, maybe 40 pages or 50 pages of the report I’m waiting. To finish three cases I’ll let you know how my lawyer kick us.

Can a mental illness such as depression anxiety, insomnia hurt a case especially of the plaintiff has problems with memory especially a yr after incident and has had pre existing mental health conditions before injury and after the injury mental health deteriorate over time . Could that be an issue and should i let attorney know about pre existing mental healthconditions. Unfortunately I hs haven't seen a doctor for the last 8 months due to being so depressed and having issues getting out of bed I wouldn't go out except to receive medical treatment. . So would it look bad in my part to re enter an mental health outpatient clinic to try to control my depression etc .. because I can't really remember my incident as much as I remember the first few weeks months detail by detail. I was in distracted by thoughts due to the fact that my girlfriend of 16 yrs suffered a stroke early 2023 so that me very distracted during my depression and lack of sleep due to insomnia. Will that affect my case due to the fact that I was on medication during my injury and was suffering from all these symptoms of not concentration etc ..im just worried that I cant describe all the detail of that day its been 9 months since that day . Is my case hurt ?

My lawyer was in the mandatory settlement conference with the judge insurance company adjuster, defense lawyers and I think this thing is not finished because of Social Security is the second insurance from 2011 to 2013 and this one 2016 to 24 is different insuranceso she have a lot of work.
