It was a really bad fracture and a Labor Law case which is a construction accident so a lot of it was lost earnings and other economic damages. But still a great result :)
My Husband and I live in Ohio he was injured plowing snow on a property he was hired to remove snow from the parking lot. He hit a sewer drain that was sticking up in the parking lot there was a big hole and was covered with snow and he had no way to see the damage. The owners of the property knew the damage was there but failed to tell my Husband and even signed the quote approving the work area to be serviced (including the damaged area of the parking lot) finally my Husband took a MRI and was told he had Severe Cervical Stenosis causing Myelopathy with a herniated disk plus bulging disk. He has had 2 Fusion Surgeries the first one c-5 c-6 c-7 Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Corpectomy with planting and the second surgery was T-1 to c-3 Cervical Fusion and Instrumentation with c-3-c7 Laminectomy how much do you think this case can be worth?
So my husband was involved in a semi accident. He was crushed between a construction barrier wall and the semi.. he deals with a lot of emotional distress while he’s on the road for work or any time he’s driving around semis… we have an open case atm… do you think he can get compensation for his potential ptsd if he never went to any doctor to get diagnosed? We have a lawyer right now working on this case.. but I’m worried they won’t take in consideration for that when we hear back about this claim. Our car was totaled
I've been a subscriber and educating myself through your videos these past three years. I had a slip and fall in my senior citizen apt building and had to have spinal fusion , med bills are over $430k, and the four defendants are fighting over liability. Finally everybody agrees to mediation which will happen next week. Maybe you can do a video on multiple defendants mediation. Thanks for all your great vids
@@dennisgordon6009 almost there years here in California , best piece of advice I can give is find a well seasoned TRIAL attorney, not one of those mill shop attorney who just settle every case . If you have a strong position on Liability you only have one bite at the apple and you don't want to leave money on the table !
My wife and I were in an elevator accident (elevator fell a total of seven stories in three intervals) two years ago in a casino (Atlantic City). We both have had cervical spinal fusions (c4-c6 for me c4-c5 for her), epidurals, PT, trigger point injections, and I’ll be having a discectomy (L4-S1) in a few weeks. We were 28 and 26 at the time. I have had a prior spinal fusion that needed to be revised due to this accident. My wife never had been injured before in her life and had no prior surgeries. What could the value (if any) of this case be?
That should be a great case as long as your surgeon explains how the elevator fall caused the injuries and surgeries. I would say multi million. Happy to chat (347)566-9595 text me
I got hurt on my job trying to restrain a youth that you punch me in my face and I grabbed him and we fell. I tore my rotator cuff I had surgery. What kind of settlement estimate you think I will receive.
There isn’t one amount that each claimant receives. The individual amount usually depends on your injuries / damages. Definitely reach out to your lawyer. I am involved in a few mass torts and have heard of Rispersal but I’m not handling that one myself.
A car accident that led to 2 herniation and b 2 plugs disc and spinal stenosis diameter 8.9 in cervical spinal canal is it considered a sever condition or critical Another car accident occurred in the opposite of traffic on the highway!!!
Yes especially if you end up doing surgery for it then its worth even more. I haven't really heard of any specific value numbers based on the diameter or size of the herniation itself. Usually its what treatment you do for the injury like epidurals, percutaneous discectomy or full blown spinal surgery
Thank you, , I took a steroid injection and a physiotherapy The doctor said I need more than one operation, but I am hesitant or afraid. Thank you again with all due respect and appreciation .
Hello mr frekhtman good day😊 On a third party law sue Herniated disc with lots of injections for lower back pain after that lumbar discectomy and then lumbar fusion L-4 L-5. 20% permanent disability on my left shoulder and 10% permanent disability for my left wrist 😢. That accident was for slip and fall. How much do you think my case can worth? Thanks 🙏 sir amd have a great day
As long as you have strong liability on the slip & fall, the fusion can make it worth 7 figures. Which city ? Feel free to text me happy to do a consult call 347-566-9595 GOOD LUCK !!
Being able to get 2 million for an ankle injury has got to be the work of an amazing lawyer.

That sounds very serious. I’m not familiar with Ohio values but in New York that would be a mid to high seven figure case
Great video thanks 👍 my question is On average how much value do lumbar facet injections and lumbar radiofrequency ablation have on a liability case
I would say by themselves usually in the low 6 figures

He would need to get medical treatment for ptsd and have the doctors testify. Otherwise it won’t come into evidence
Can you recommend anything for verdicts in California
Yes will do. There are some other databases that should include California

The healthy habit. Lol
@@AttorneyArkady haha, yes the healthy kind
How would I prove job loss opportunities?
Not sure about lost job oops. But definitely can show lost earnings or diminished earnings bc of the injury

That sounds like straight workers comp
Any idea how much you can get on a mass tort individual claim on Risperdal been waiting almost 8yrs
