Hi Sue,
This can be adjusted from the installer menu, please see below.
1. Press and hold Menu for approximately 3 seconds.
2. Press Edit on 125.
3. Tap the - button to change the number below 125 to 0.
4. Tap done. -Joey
How do you reset it?
Mine doesn't have cool for some reason. Is there any way to fix it?

I have a triangle with an exclamation point on my T1 thermostat. What does it mean and how do I get rid of it?
Hi, Julia! We are happy to assist you with this. The symbol you described is indicating a thermostat alert. You can check the alert by pressing menu and moving through the options until you find 'alerts'. By selecting 'Alerts', you will be able to check or dismiss any alert. -Juan
@@ResideoSupport When I press on Menu I only get a bunch of pairs of numbers. If I cycle through them all it just goes back to the home screen.

my Honeywell settings say Cool on and Fan auto, yet my AC is not clicking on.. It is set at 68 degrees and the temperature keeps going up and is now at 78 degrees. I have tried changing the batteries and turned the fuse off and on.

1. The complete model number of your thermostat. The model number begins with TH, RTH, or RCHT and is a 12-15 digit long number.
2. A picture of the front of the thermostat, where we can see the set temp and room temp.
3. Let us know if you feel air coming from the vents, if so, is it warm or cool?
4. What kind of system do you have at home? Is it a heat pump, oil, gas, etc..?

They recently installed a new AC Rheem both inside/out units with a T1 Pro Thermostat (TH1110D2009) , however the AC runs for only about 6 minutes then turns off. It then takes close to 1 hour before running another 6 minutes…
I saw another video about adjusting the cycle rate on the thermostat… Please let me know if this will fix my issue and how can I do it on this new thermostat.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for reaching out. The cycle rate per hour feature will allow you to adjust how many time per hour the heating/cooling will come on but not for how long. -Ivan

After I changed the batteries the thermostat won’t back on how do I turn it on?
I had this model installed today and my house is burning hot with the heater on. I have the desired temperature at 68 but indoor temperature is at 80 and going up. How do I make the 68° the ‘hold’ temperature? Thank you

I live in an apartment and the maintenance guy installed the same thermostat but my home is burning hot and I’ve tried to turn the heat down but now it’s about 86°. I am not sure what to do. Please let me know if you have any insight.
@@deannacobb5376 change to brand New AA Batteries. I had the same problem. This Thermostat takes at least Five (5) minutes to kick in. I know about patience. We all need a lot when it comes to Thermostats.

Press and hold Menu (center) for approximately 3 seconds to enter the menu. 2. Continually press Next ( + ) to advance to 430 (top number) for Minimum Cool Setpoint, and 431 (top number) Maximum Heat Setpoint. 3. Press Edit ( - ) to change values within a setup option. So what does the big number mean ? And the small one ? Small number is set to a low number but the big number won’t change and it’s hot. I have it at cool on and fan on, but still not not cold air coming through.
The large number is the indoor reading, the small number is the set point. The thermostat turns the system on and off and does not control how warm or cool the air is being disbursed from the system. If the air is not cool when the thermostat is making a call for cool you will want to get the system checked out. -Joey
How do I change the number 76? Or how did you get 76? I have one, and it's at 88, and it's very hot in here, we can't change it, it doesn't want to move or either change.

How do I change from Fahrenheit to Celsius?

The heat won’t show on my thermostat

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your thermostat needs to be properly configured to recognize your system type, as right now it might be set for COOL ONLY.
Here's how you can access the main configuration window and fix it:
1. Press and hold Menu (center) for
approximately 3 seconds to access this menu.
2. Press Next ( + ) to advance to the next setup
option, you are looking for the number 200 to be displayed at the top of the screen.
3. Press Edit ( - ) to change values within this
setup option, into either number 1 if you have a Conventional Forced air system, or 2 if you have a heatpump. (Both options would activate the Heat on your thermostat, please choose the right one according to the system type you have)
4 Press Done to Save and return to the main
menu screen. -Tony

How do you turn off fan

Mines on have heat and off it won’t go to cool

I found out how to do it, hold down menu, have the setting set to 125 and 0 and it’s gonna reset and cool on will flash

What do I do if the cool option is no longer available to me? I turned my heat on one night and after I did that I’m no longer able to select the cool option to turn on the air conditioner.

Just got in an apartment. They have this thermostat and the landlord doesn’t even know how to turn on the “cool” option. Only heat is available. Not exactly that big of a problem in the winter but Louisiana summers get very hot.

My inside temp stays at 75. No matter what temp I set it to, it stays at 75
